I am a employee and customer for Hibacci 88. First and foremost, the service and food is great. My boss goes above and beyond to... make sure the customers are satisfied and get their food expeditiously. There is a review by a angry food delivery driverdefaming my boss as being racist and further stating delivery drivers steal. This is not true. Most if not all of our driverswill confirm the friendly and courteous service we provide to both our customers and drivers ( who are customers as well). Thisdriver who came in was simply asked politely to confirm his order. The driver immediately got upset and went on a rant. As arestaurant owner doing business with a third party, there are times when customers request a refund due to food not beingdelivered. When that happens, the restaurant is not paid. So, the increase in no payments from our delivery service providershave led us to ask drivers to confirm picking up the order. This is only to protect our profits and decrease losses. We are notthe only business that does this. With all this being said, the accusation about Hibachi 88 and the owner is not true. Our staffis full of all races and the atmosphere here is pleasant. Owner of the restaurant is racist. He is saying, people is stealing his foods who is doing DoorDash, UberEats and Grabhub... drivers. He was pointing his finger at people of a particular color. Not a fan. I was sadly disappointed. I got the hibachi chicken. The chicken was diced very small. Like toddler bite sized. This... made the chicken very dry. I also got the crab Rangoon. It was okay. The sauce that came with it was odd. It was very thin inconsistency and had strange after taste. Also got chicken on a stick. It was cooked perfectly. The only other thing I can sayabout it, is that it was odd. It had a hint of a cinnamon taste not sure about it. Read more
Tried this place tonight for the first time and it is FABULOUS!!! Ordered online walked right up and got our food. Food was... fantastic (hibachi chicken & shrimp) and and the fried crab wonton\'s. Portions were huge and food was so good. We willdefinitely be regulars now!!! Thanks for such great service and food!! Read more
If you don\'t call in your order be prepared to wait( we were told 15 to 20 Mims waited 30). We ordered two entrees hibachi... chicken and hibachi steak and shrimp. Both were good and the portions are pretty good as well. Read more
Gyoza dumplings were fabulous! We got the hibachi chicken it was cooked very well. My only complaint is that the carrots seemed... frozen. They also forgot the zucchini that was listed on the website so it was a little light on veggies. Definitely will returnand hope they start using fresh veggies instead of frozen. Read more
First time here. Place was packed so that was a good sign for me. Had to wait a few for my food to go but it wasn’t that long... plus with the labor shortage I expect to wait these days. Got home and tried my food and was not disappointed!! It was so good.The chicken on a stick is delicious and my shrimp with chicken hibachi was good. I’ll definitely be back! Read more
