Manager was so friendly and she was very professional. The staff that took my order was great. Smiling and fast service. Inside... was clean and the parking lot was clean. I enjoyed my steak, egg, and cheese biscuit today. Will be coming back. Read more
Husband placed order at the drive thru, pulled around to the window & sat for 10 minutes. In that time no one gave him his food... nor even bothered acknowledging his presence. Pretty low level of management to allow customer service this poor. Read more
Went here today the manager was rude as he'll said they weren't taking people inside while she had a customer inside eating. No... sign saying why and when I approached she treated like I was a homeless person loitering when I work at the pool compan rightdown the street and come in every day. Basically she needs to learn how to talk to ppl and if she isn't taking ppl inside thestore than there shouldn't be any customers there. Second time we have been here. Very slow service. Employees seem far more interested in yacking with each other rather than... helping customers. There was no one in line in front of us and it still took 20 minutes for them to turn around, stop talking,and take our order. Read more
After today's visit, I can honestly wonder how this place stays in business. I ordered 2 combo's. One with sweet tea, one with... unsweet tea. Get the teas and both sweet...I am a diabetic so yes, a big deal. Go inside, and said I ordered unsweet. She toldme I didn't. Service a is slow. I love Hardee's food.that is what is so sad. Read more
