Never have I ever had such a juicy , tender , flavorful and melt in the mouth kabab. The lentil rice was flavorful, fresh and... fragrant. Every grain of rice was soft and fluffy. The spinach, beef and kidney bean stew with rice bring back my childhoodwhen I ate it. On top of that the self serve tea bar was icing on the top. I think I?ve never had such a delicious cup of blacktea. It literally warmed me up and made me feel cozy. The owner is such a cheerful person. He literally greats every guestwhich comes to his restaurant and made them feel welcome. The staff is amazing as well. All in all very nice establishment withgreat food and great ethics. Read more

The food had amazing flavor. The soup was so rich and the skewers were so juicy. The lady gave me 3 different rices and all 3... were exceptional. Read more

I've visited this restaurant a few times. This time, I ordered the family kebob feast combo. The kebobs (beef/chicken) were very... good. Appetizers, white rice, fries (for kids) were fine, but lentil rice was super dry and cold. Naan also seemed liked theywere cooked earlier in the day or old because they were not soft or warm. Overall, the food is average, but it is pricey(cheaper to order per person than family combo). They also charge 15% service dine-in fee, but service is not too good- no onecame to even ask for water, we had to call a waiter ourself every time we needed something. We did make a reservation inadvance. The restaurant is small but has good ambience. Read more

This place has an interesting vibe to it, I was really surprised how the food tasted. Overall, the favorite was pretty on point.... It is usual to find a decent Persian restaurant on the east coast. I live in Hampton roads VA and we usually have to go toWashington DC and Northern Virginia if we want Persian food. If you're in town and looking for a place to eat I would recommendstopping here if you want some Persian food. Read more

I love this place. The food is absolutely authentic and delicious. The owner is the most gracious host and such a joy every time... I visit. I can?t leave without getting the most incredible Ice cream I?ve ever had and usually take some home in a quart size. They have a large selection of packaged and frozen meals that reheat beautifully. All of my Iranian friends love the food andambiance as well. Very highly recommended. Read more

Flame Kabob has an impressive menu with a little taste of something for everyone. I was excited about all of the options this... Persian restaurant had to offer, from scrumptious lamb, chicken or vegetable kabobs to yummy stews and rice. The baked dessertswere a delectable treat. Service was superb and the atmosphere was friendly and definitely inviting! Read more

Where do I start? This place is by far, the BEST Persian/Middle Eastern type food I have had anywhere. Closest comparable would... be in Istanbul, and yet still, it Ranks high. We travel from Charlotte for work, and always stop in to have dinner at FlameKabob. Mouth watering Koubideh, spiced and grilled to perfection. The lentil rice is delish. Lamb shank was superb. Pricing isvery reasonable given the serving size. And the tea at the end of the dinner is the cherry on top.. Owners and staff are alwaysfriendly with a smile on their face. Always a great experience here. 10 out of 10 across the board, you will not bedisappointed! Read more

Best kabob place in the triangle. The kobodhe chicken is the best. The lamb shank is also pretty good. This is spicy and might... not be for everyone. Price is reasonable. The lentil rice is a must, reminds me of khichuri back home. There is not a singlegood desert though, the one called nepolian is ok at best. The place is small and the staffs are ok. Read more
