Generous with fries but also puts too much seasoning on fries. Burgers are normal burgers, nothing surprising.
The very worst experience. The store is incompetently run. I arrived at time it indicated food would be ready. I did not get my... two hamburgers and fries until ~27 minutes later. While waiting people who ordered in store received the food before mine wasready. At one point I asked where my order was. And the guy at the fries station said it was being made at that time. He wentback to finish other customers orders. Meanwhile at some point the guy finished the hamburgers and put the bag with twohamburgers on the shelf above the fries station and did not tell the guy at that station they were there. Ten minutes later (notknowing the above), I asked where my order was. He found it at that point above the station. He takes it down and puts somefries in a container and a little more in the bag. Then places it on the counter. Looks like he's waiting for more fries to befinished.. After a few minutes, he leaves and is gone for 3-4 minutes. Possibly to the bathroom. He comes back and the fries arestill not ready. About two minutes later, the guy who originally made the hamburgers looked in the bag and then picked up thefries scoop and got all the scraps of fries (which had been laying there for who knows how long) and puts them into my bag. Hethen seals up the bag with the red circle sticker and hands it to me. If that was all that was going to be done, I should havereceived my order 7-10 minutes prior. I would have saved time and had warmer food. When asked about this, the people therelooked confused as to what they did. There are no standards or practices to ensure the orders are timely done and correctly doneat this location. I will never go back to this one and highly unlikely to ever go back to another Five Guys. Pleas share withthe corporate office. They can respond back to me if they want more clarification. If not, I'll consider them just asincompetent and the example they set at their stores! Read more
Screwed up my order today around 1:30 went back in explained my order wasn't correct. Didn't have time to wait to have it made... over. Black female threw her hands in the air and asked why did I come back in to complain.. No apology for messing up myorder. Poor customer service I will never eat here again nor will my friends and family.. ???????? Read more
Been coming here for years and I must say the service has significantly declined. Staff are not that friendly don't seem to be... enjoying their jobs and customer service has really fallen off. Also they are very inconsistent in food preparation, sometimesyou get a lot of fries sometimes you don't get much, they tend to put way too much salt on fries - to the point where it's hardto even eat them. Most recently went in to pick up online order and had very poor customer service, felt like I wasinconveniencing staff and that they were somehow doing me a favor. Wish it was a Cook-Out instead. I ate at Five Guys twice in a matter of 3 weeks. The first time simply reminded me of how good the food is. The burgers are... delicious, although if you are bringing small kids with you, that need help with dinner, you are going to get very messy. Theamount of fries you get is ridiculous, in a great way. You get so many. We ordered 2 medium fries for 2 adults and 2 kids andstill couldn't finish them all. On my second trip I ordered a milkshake. That was delicious! I got the chocolate flavor. Sogood. Highly, highly recommend. I only had a couple issues. First, my husband and I only ordered drinks to get the cherryvanilla flavor from the 100 combination drink machine and both machines were out of cherry. That was somewhat disappointing.Also, while waiting for my food, one of the women behind the counter seemed to be giving me unfriendly looks. Great burgers. Wonderful fries in enormous servings. Fast service. Clean dining area. It's a bit expensive for fast food,... but you get what you pay for. I don't stop here very often. When I do, it's usually because I was craving meat and grease. That's meant in a good way. Read more
I have such a love affair with this place. Their french fries are the best, hands down. And they give a very generous serving. ... But they also make a mean vegetarian sandwich. I know it's a burger joint, but I'm grateful that they've got a vegetarianoption. Read more
61 year old disabled Veteran. I ordered a veggie sandwich wrapped in lettuce. Went to sit down to eat and was threatened by... store employee...Anastasia...get out and take my food. You are not welcome here do t ever come back. My grandaughter worked hereuntill that moment...the whole crew came at me a 61 disabled vet. I immediately called police. Never ate my food . I highlyrecommend to go elsewhere Food was not well prepared no fork as it is in lettuce wrap. As employee screamed& threatened me I wastalking to police. Be careful at Creedmoor rd Five Guys. No one really cares about the customers but employees should act moremature and respect customers. Very racial. Do not like Caucasian people. I called my attorney and corporate In VA.
