Just close this location already. They're constantly closing early/not opening at all due to "staffing issues" and when they are... open, the employees are so rude and openly miserable that it isn't worth going at all. Bad vibes all around. Read more
Decent subs...when the location is open. I've had at least 5 occasions where I have attempted to place an online order, only to... find the restaurant is closed and not accepting online orders (even during peak lunch hours). I understand the employees areprobably underpaid and overworked, but if this is such a consistent issue/complaint, it would be nice to see corporate dosomething about it. Higher wages? Better employee care? Something to keep the doors of your location open. Read more

Nobody showed up to open the store on 6/25/22. The door was still locked, lights off, and nobody answering the phone as of... 11:30am. Corporate and store management: Pay your employees enough and treat them well so they actually show up to work. And ifnobody shows up to work, you go in yourself and do it. It was so dang good. Especially that bread. I wanted the brisket but they were sold out so I got the Italian instead. Not... disappointed. It was toasty, with melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. Blew me away so good. Blew me up too. Haha. But can't swearit was the sub that sank the ship. Read more
First of all, awesome subs! My favorite Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket! The service in this location is pretty good, service... is fast and employees have a good attitude. Outdoors is pretty nice, lots of trees to give you some shade. 8/10 Read more
The first time I went I turned around and left because I stood there waiting for someone to take my order while both employees... working walked right past and didn't even acknowledge me. As I was riding by Sunday Nov 20th I noticed a different crew sodecided to pop in. I was immediately greeted by all 3 employees and even engaged in a little small talk. They were a little busybut handled the crowd well. Read more
