This visit to Earth To Us was my second visit yesterday, 8/20/2022. I ordered online and did a pickup of the buffalo cauliflower... wings and lemon cake. Omg, the cauliflower was so flavorful and comforting to my taste buds. The lemon cake was so moist anddelicious as well. The service is great here, and the staff is always pleasant and professional. I am not part of the veganismcommunity, but I enjoy vegan food as much as I enjoy meat. Read more

MOST AMAZING VEGAN FOOD!!!!! The mac and cheese was sooo flavorful and tasty. The arepas were perfect and the tostones rellenos... were delicious as well. The service was great and everyone was so friendly and wore masks. Read more
Y'all. This place rocks. I've been vegan since 2013 and had the severe displeasure of being to around a dozen vegan restaurants,... and this place is an EASY second (after Dallas's Spiral Diner). I got the empanadas, which are a little spicy so be aware ofthat if you're sensitive. The black bean side is heavenly, the perfect richness, saltiness, and black bean crunch. My girlfriendgot the yellow bowl, and she absolutely loved the sauce, the friend plantain, and the rice-bean mix. My aunt got the tacos andreally loved them, but also said they are a little spicy (great in my opinion!!). My cousin got the Mac n chik'n bowl, and eventhough she may be a little picky sometimes she really loved it!! If it's good for kids it's good for all of us :-) Obviously thefood was great. But the service made the experience so much better. The server/counter person was extremely helpful, patientwith our group ordering, made many trips out to bring us food and drinks, and took our picture together (plus a selfie, whichwas just so great). The chef (manager/owner?) came by our table and they were so friendly, asked about our food and talked aboutthe restaurant and made us feel totally at home. Seriously, I could not leave a better review. If you live in the crossroadsarea of Cary or live near NCSU, you've gotta come to this place. Best restaurant around - vegan or otherwise. Read more
Earth To Us is a breath of fresh air from the fast food and soul food driven culture. Growing up in a Caribbean household and... with family from the south, eating healthy meant just adding vegetables to your plate. Their ?American/ Latin Inspired ComfortVegan Food? captivated me and I had to give them a visit today for a late lunch. After fasting this morning I was famished ! Iam currently transitioning to a plant based & whole food diet for the new year. I found the menu here plentiful and adventurous.I decided on the chick pea salad today served with 2 thickly cut Maduros (sweet plantains). The chickpeas were doused in a nicecreamy garlic sauce and the bed of mixed greens was fresh with cucumber, guacamole and pico de Gallo. The food served here isnourishing. I feel full but not overly lethargic like the feeling you get after consuming meat products. I decided on the carrotcake that is vegan to take home with me. The service here is wonderful and I learned that the staff is from Puerto Rico. I lovethe fusion of Latin dishes and vegan meals. I feel the food is fresh and cooked with love here. Read more
