Meh. It's ok. If you don't like sweet coffee, make sure you get it sans sugar. They go hard on the sugar here.
They closed the dine in option probably due to staffing, but failed to put a sign on the door. It took me 25 minutes to get thru... the drive thru at 7am on a weekday. The staff sounds exhausted, no gm greeting, "just what is your order" DD like every placeelse had gotten expensive, not worth the price. Read more
This Dunkin could use bit of a cleanup. I was there around 8:00 in the morning and the donuts did not seem terribly fresh which... was a surprise. The coffee was great as was the service. It was a long line at the drive-thru so I walked in to get served andit seemed to go faster. Overall a decent place but not the best one in the area. Read more
This location is always a family favorite. I travel and haven't been in a while at home. Wanted my favorite drink. I had never... met the staff currently there at that shift butboy did they make us feel welcome. Kindneds goes a long wayin someones day.Terrell the assistant manager totally understood my particular way I wanted my drink and was happy to make it! Stopped by on my way to work at 6:20 am. Debated whether to even stop at this location as service has been the worst I've seen... in two years. Still drive thru only. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a midnight coffee. I was informed they were out ofbagels and no longer served midnight coffee. I'll be taking my business to Starbucks or Biscuitville from here on out. They areboth close, have what I want and open for walk-in. Read more
Myself and 7 yes SEVEN vehicles just got ignored at the drive thru for over 15 minutes yet it?s not even close to closing time.... The others drove away I went inside to make sure stuff was atleast ok after standing at the counter for 6 minutes and beingstared at well they cleaned I was ask ?yes what?s up what do you need? to which I proceed to just walk out.
