This Dunkin? is the worst, an embarrassment to the franchise. Half the time they aren?t open when they say they are as I?m on... the way to work. The drive through line is excruciating long all the time and moves slow. I order ahead on the app they arealways either out of what I get or it?s not ready when I get there. At 9am they had the lobby closed today. It?s the closest oneto my house and now I drive past it to go to other locations because it is so poorly run. When they closed for renovations theyshould have stayed closed. Read more
This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. I placed a mobile order through the app and waited 40 mins for a black coffee in the drive... thru. With no way to cancel my order?I didn?t have any choice but to wait for it. When I pulled up the lady forgot severalthings in my order and all the other employees were standing around and talking. I should have learned from the last time theymessed up my order but never again will I re-visit this place. Terrible customer service. Read more
I really do commend the brave workers in this establishment. This place is always short-staffed, super busy, and still pushing... through. I cannot complain about missing items or waiting times, I just hope y'all are alright working there. Read more
Don?t waste your time or money. I ordered a 1/2 dozen assorted donuts only to be sent 6 donuts I don?t even know the flavor of,... and they kinda taste awful. Very clearly ignored the add-ons for my coffee and it?s barely drinkable. I called 4 times to try toget in contact with someone at the store and no one answered. Getting my refund through Uber and never ordering again. Update:the bagel I ordered also wasn?t toasted, hardly had any cream cheese on it, and was stale. Read more
Nice service , expensive stale bagels! I paid 7 bucks and change for three bagels , that must have been made last month ! This used to be my favorite location but it has gone downhill! The slowest most incompetent service I?ve ever experienced.... Waited 15 for my macchiato only for it to not have anything I asked for in it. No flavor shots/swirls?just espresso and milk.
