Wish I could put zero stars. This Dunkin? location has officially lost my business. This is the third disgusting food trip.... Coffee is always watered down. The donut was soggy .. so gross looking. Like it was on the floor. Threw it away. My chai tea wascold ?? Bacon burnt. I got the cream cheese bagel minis and they were cold with hardly any filling. And yet they are soexpensive! How can the food come out like this? Absolutely mortified at the quality of food and the sanitation of the food. Donot go here! McDonald?s is right next door where you can enjoy a nice $1 great coffee. Read more
Tea was blah especially since it was unsweetened when I ordered half sweet. We each ordered a donut but they were a bit stale.

Through my mobile app, I ordered a Large Coffee with 4 Creams and a half dozen doughnuts: (2) Boston Creme, (2) Apple & Spice,... and (2) Frosted Vanilla Creme (zero out of six ain't bad, right?) (see photo). At the speaker, I was asked my name and told topull up. She started to give me someone else's order and then ALMOST blamed me for not telling her in advance that I had themobile order. At that point I showed her my phone with the order number from my app. After all that, my order is stillwrong. The one bright spot is that my coffee seems to be correct. The older man, not gentleman, working the register shows no professionalism, friendliness or care in how your food is packaged.... The entire box of donuts should not be covered in dust when handed to a customer and the man looks away as you wipe it offwithout a care. There's a level of quality that this location doesnt have.
