Went in for a dozen assorted donuts, and when I asked for them. Girl at the counter says "sir do you see our donuts" as she... points to all the empty bins. And then followed with "I can make more"...like yeah I know you can, but you should usually makemore before you run out. It's 2pm on a Tuesday and y'all were all just standing around. This location has always had extremely nice staff. I stop once a week early in the morning before my 12 hour clinical. Usually... fast and friendly, however somebody did laugh at my order today. However, whoever makes the drinks on Friday mornings (the pasttwo weeks) needs to be trained on how to make a latte again! One was sweet (I get unflavored) and one tasted burnt with notenough milk. I waited almost 45 mins in the drive thru (because after I ordered, my car was stuck in their line), only for them to tell me my... order of 1 Iced latte and 1 donut were not ready. I did not give them my card and I left without my order. I have always hadslow service at this location but that was outrageous. Read more
Bruh, I went here today at about 1030am I ordered a chocolate croissant and a strawberry donut and all I got was the croissant,... like bruh, are you serious you really only had to count to two. I wouldn't have been so mad if the crossoint wasn't old as dirt. Read more

Staff seemed disorganized, orders were taking a long time and not being handed out. people in front of me asked six times for... their donuts after they had received all four of their custom beverages. Their order had been sitting on the counter. I hadeaten my donuts and still waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee. They even tried to give me the customers in front of medonuts that were sitting on the counter. when the manger came out of the back it still wasn't as helpful and organized as itcould be. they were still asking for their donuts when I left, only to see them walk out behind me with the two boxes and bagthat had been on the counter the whole time. after they had to ask for a drink carrier for four drinks, but the guy behind mewith two drinks got offered a carrier. Food was not good. I had to get a refund. Found hair in my drink. Manger was nice and apologetic.
They don't care about people that walk in. It takes 15 minutes of standing inside, after ordering, to get a medium hot coffee.... That's after you stand at the front for 5 minutes waiting to order, because they expect you to use a kiosk, that half the timeisn't working. They run out of regular coffee.
