Ordered at 6:12pm. Estimated time was 68 to 78 minutes. Around 9:15pm I called the store and was on hold for over 20 minutes... waiting while no one picked up. The order was marked delivered and out for delivery at 7:50pm. But the order didn't arrive.While on hold still the order arrived at 9:30pm. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand the lack of drivers but please keep thecustomers in the loop. The estimated wait time should reflect the accurate time. If I could give negative stars I would. Willnot be ordering from here again. Read more
The worst ever. I ordered 3 pizzas cheese, chicken and pineapple and pepperoni. Was supposed to ready in 20 minutes waited 40... minutes. The food was not tasty at all. All 3 pizzas were burnt. Couldn?t even eat it. Trash it went. I will never order fromthis place again. Read more
So I read a lot of the 1 Star comments and a lot of people complained about the wait time... And if this was a race on who can... wait the longest to recieved their order delivered, then I would have won. I did an online order at 7:51pm and as I type this,it's 11:51pm and counting, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER!...It's going on 4hrs. I call and talk to a manager, and shewas respectful each time I called, and she offered 25% off on my next order, but that doesn't take away the fact that I shouldnor anyone else should wait 4+hrs to recieve food to feed their family. When I put in my order at 7:51pm, it said estimatedelivery 114 - 124 minutes... I didn't mind waiting up to around 2 hrs... But 4+hrs?! No Bueno. WORST STORE EVER PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This store along with the employees & manager dont deserve this one star. I... placed a delivery order which came in 2hours late, cold pizza and it seemed like Rose the driver sat on it. She was the mostrudest delivery driver eveR! She didn?t bring my full order. I called the store for about 5 days straight and no one ever pickup the phone. Finally on the 5th day they picked up and the manager is so unprofessional that it didn?t even take my call thepoor employee had to go back and fourth with messages because the ?manager was busy? I tried asking for a refund and claim theycan?t give you a refund since its passed 72 hours. Next time pick up the phone asswholes! Read more

I place a order at 4:27 I received a call back saying there wasn't a delivery driver and could I pick it up. I told him I... couldn't pick it up. He said I may have a driver at 6pm. Well After 6 I still didn't have any food, yet they charged my card. Iconstantly called staying on hold just for no one to answer the phone. All I want is my money back!!!
