DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION...I PLACED AN ORDER AT 5:40 AND CALLED ONCE AND WAS HUNG UP ON AFTER WAITING 20 MN ON THE... PHONE...THEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD NO IDEA IF WHERE ANYONE'S PIZZA WAS LOCATED..."PIZZAS WERE JUST FLYING OUT EVERYWHERE". SHE SAYS.... FINALLY AT 7PM SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO AND HUNG UP ONME. UNACCEPTABLE. I BETTER GET A FULL CREDIT BUT WOULD NOT KNOW IF SHE PLANS TO DO THAT BECAUSE SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I am very disappointed with the way the pizza was given to my family last night. I purchased with the intentions of dinner and... lunch. We only ate about two slices of the pizzas as we all decided to get our own. The pizzas were burnt and it just ruineddinner and had to buy food elsewhere. Horrid is the best way to describe my experience from this location! Update: I sent Kyle- the owner an email about an hour after his response and haven't heard anythning else! Just orderd my hand tossed pizza and picked it up myself just to find out my favorite ingredient was left off...the garlic... butter crust! Then when I call to make a complaint the young lady persists in telling me it was added to my pizza crust. Onething you cannot do, is tell me I'm lying! I hate that. So she insisted I bring my now luke warm pizza back to her store in therain just to rub garlic butter on my cold pizza because by then it will be cold for sure. Not gonna happen! She should haveoffered to remake the entire pie. I would have more than willing to returned the old one. I'm not out here to collect freemeals. Not happy with this customer service today, Dominos! My third time ordering in a row and I am tapping out! Always 1.5 hours to get a pizza. All 3 times it apparently sat in the... warmer and dried out. I call to speak with a mgr. no one answers! When I do finally get a Mgr. it?s the same story. Not enoughdrivers. Terrible location unless you wold like to eat a dried out pizza hours after you order it! Read more
Ordered food online, asked for extra cheese with Alfredo sauce. This is what was delivered to me. Called up the store to let... them know that there was hardly any cheese on it, the guy had the audacity to tell me that I probably couldn't see the cheesebecause it blended in with the Alfredo sauce. The rude individual then raised his voice with me, telling me that he didn't carethat I worked for Dominos before, I worked at Dominos for over two years and my store would never send anything that looksremotely like this out. Definitely the worst Domino's experience I have had to date. Hopefully the regional manager doessomething with this irresponsible and rude employee. If I could give it a worse rating I would. Pizza taste like Dominos, this review is for service from this location. At 5:50 on Saturday 11/19 I ordered 2 pizzas to be... delivered to my house for kids and a babysitter while we went out. At 7pm babysitter texted asking where was pizza. I looked atthe tracker. Pizza was in the oven 1 hour and 10 minutes after order. I called the location and waited on hold for 15 minutes,nobody answered. Pizza was delivered at 7:42, almost 2 hours after it was ordered. This is dominoes from a neighborhoodlocation, not a Brooklyn pizza being delivered from New York. Read more
