The only reason I?m am giving any stars is I feel terrible for the people working here! I ordered online and after an hour my... pizza still wasn?t in the oven. Now i could have gotten angry and thrown a fit, but seeing that only ONE person was working thekitchen I did not. What I did see was this young man who I believe was the manager multitask very well while remaining aspolite as possible. I overheard someone did not show up to work and I felt complete empathy for this manager. The delay wasnot his fault. This location has been short of staff for a long time. Where are the owners? When are they jumping in to help? Is it corporate owned? Where are they? There is no reason any employee should have to work in those conditions. So who do Iblame? Who?s above this manager? Who?s sitting back enjoying the profits of his hard work? Get it together. You are wearingpeople out! So kudos to the manager there this evening! You deserve a raise! Read more
They are severely understaffed, so I was somewhat understanding because that?s out of their control. However, waiting 45 minutes... for one large pizza is a little ridiculous. I order online, showed up to the store about 25 minutes later and my pizza wasn?teven in the oven. It was still on prep. I was told that the guy prepping my pizza was new, but 30 minutes? I mean if you?re thatconfused just ask. So I had to actually sit in the store and wait 20 more minutes for my pizza to be ready, which was what I wastrying to avoid ordering online. Read more
It took what seemed like forever to get 2 medium pizzas and some wings. When the food arrived, over an hour later due to a... "quality check", it seemed hot, but by the time we bit into it... NOT AT ALL! Domino's use to be my favorite pizza. I wassoooo disappointed. I got slack on not checking my food thoroughly. Read more
Absolutely atrocious. Ordered pizza for delivery. When the driver showed up, he realized it was the wrong order. He never... returned, so we called the store. Richard, the manager and narcissist, yelled and said it would be another 30 to 40 minutesbefore the correct order would be delivered. We chose to go to the store to pick it up. When we went to pick the order up, itwas wrong again and he tried to hand me another order. Richard cussed, yelled and pointed fingers at me when I questioned himin the store about the order being wrong again. There was absolutely no reason for Richard to act in the manner in which hedid. Do not EVER order from the store at 7981 Fayetteville Road. I promise that it has taken over 2hours all 3x I have ordered... there. Once they totaly didn't even have the order, and I stopped for over a year. They promised it'd be better once they hirednew staff... NOT. They say 71-82 minutes for an order and that is VERY LONG but that's not even long when it ends up being 140minutes... unless it just doesn't even come. This is the absolute WORST place and they should really close it down until theyget it together. I just don't even have the time to call corporate. I will drive to Marcos from now on. Read more
I placed a simple order of cinnamon bread twists and it took so long to be delivered that I had to drive to the store to figure... out what was going on. Once getting to the store, I had to wait another half hour because they got the order ?confused?. I wasvery unhappy with the quality of service I received for such a simple order. Web site said 30 to 45 minutes, it took 2 hours. We received a text saying the pizza was being quality inspected about 50... minutes after placing the order, it arrived over an hour later. It was garbage and then I called the ?manager ? who said that?show we trained to do it. Now we have to go out for dinner after spending money with you! Nice job. Absolutely horrible. I will never order from here again. I ordered pizza at 5:04pm. Said delivery time said 33-43 minutes. ... Pizza showed up at 6:56 pm, almost 2 hours later! No contact from the store. I called and sat on hold for 50 minutes, noanswer. Called again and finally got someone 30 minutes later....and they were incredibly rude. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!
