I ordered ahead online. Had a little hiccup but they took care of me with satisfaction! The food was hot and delicious ????!... Love, Love, Love the the spinach feta cheese bread!!! Thank you guys! After 8pm this store will not accept any new orders by phone and if your order is over $25 you can not choose the option to pay... cash at the store with your online order. Also check your order before leaving if you ordered a specific type of pizza. The foodtaste great otherwise! Read more
Took an hour to get a 1 topping medium pizza. This is an hour *after* order was placed. Website said it had an estimated... delivery time of 3:00pm-3:11pm. I didn't receive it until 3:39pm. To add to this, the store is located less than 1 mile from mylocation. Happened to me last time too but I declined to leave a review. This is twice in a row now though. An hour for a medium1 topping pizza with website saying the store was less busy than usual. Once the driver left the store he arrived pretty quicklyand was polite so I can't place blame for this on the delivery driver. Read more
I used to order from this Dominos frequently, as it's one of my favorite pizza franchises, but this particular location has some... issues that need to be fixed, particularly management and how they handle complaints. The last time my husband and I orderedfrom here was for a delivery; keep in mind, we automatically tip 20% when we order delivery. We ordered a pizza, cheesy bread,and the 5-cheese dip and bread twists. A few times before this incident, our food was arriving 2-3 hours after ordering, so wewere prepared to wait. When the food arrived, we only received the pizza and cheesy bread; no bread twists or cheese dip. Thereceipt on the pizza box said they only charged $26 and some change; however, based on my credit card statement, we were chargedfor all three items, which came out to around $40 and some change. My husband called the store and told the employee thatanswered that we were overcharged because we didn't receive all of our food, and he was put on-hold for 45 minutes. Wewaited... When someone finally got back to us, my husband explained again that we were overcharged. He was transferred to themanager-on-duty who asked for a credit card statement proving that we were overcharged. After we sent it to him, communicationjust stalled, and my husband was told that we were only charged the lower amount. When my husband started explaining that we hadproof that we were charged the higher amount, the manager started interrupting him and telling him that he was being impoliteand rude. Every time my husband would start talking again, the manager would just talk over him and tell him he was beingridiculous. Eventually, the manager hung up on him, and every time we tried calling back, it rang with no one picking up,presumably ignoring us. We tried calling Dominos' corporate line, and they told us there was nothing they could do and that thefranchise owner would need to deal with it. I ordered pizza and wings via the dominos app on the night of 1/2/21. It was a little after 10pm. I ordered for carry out... because the deals are better and it was not too far from my hotel room. Upon pick up, I noticed there was a sign that the lobbywas closed. A staff person saw me and came to the pick up window they had. My food was ready and process was quick and simple. Igot garlic parm wings and it did not look very appealing. My bf didn?t like it and I thought it was fine. It was definitelydifferent though. I could have just been hungry.
