Our server was very polite and respectful. That was it. The establishment was very dim even during the day and the chairs were... sticky. Our group got gasoline flavored pancakes, the sausage didn't taste like sausage and the yolk was extremely runny andpale yellow. My grilled chicken was microwaved till it was super dry. We tried to flag down a server to get our bill and theserver did an instant 180 after making eye contact with our group and ignored us. Read more
The service was amazing. A big shout out to Denise who sat us, took our order, bused tables, ran food and checked out customers... and all with a beautiful smile! Food was very good and brought in a timely manner! I hope this sweet young lady is getting therecognition that she deserves! She said she loves her job and it shows! Read more
our food wasn't great by any means, and the server was kinda pushy. within 5 seconds of us sitting down, she immediately hit us... with the "are y'all ready yet?" plus it was kinda hard to understand her. she also had like- no personality, and having a funoutgoing server is important. however, we got the soup of the day, loaded potato, and as u can see by the picture, it wasn'tthat good. the fruit was bad, and the hash browns had no onions or anything- and to make everything worse, there were ants onthe window seal of the table we were sitting at. I'm sorry, but when I sit down to eat, I don't want ants to be watching me. Ontop of all that, there were plenty of empty seats around us, yet they say down these 3 loud guys beside us. 1 of them has beendrinking the same milk for 30 years apparently lol. definitely not a good experience, and we probably won't be going back. The T- Bone Steak was cooked to perfection and large at that!! Great flavor and melted in my mouth. Also, the mashed potatoes... and Zucchini was delicious. Our waiter did a great job of keeping my glass filled with Sweet Tea my whole meal. The staff wasnice and friendly and wore their mask the whole time. Unexpected great experience. Outback Steakhouse is in trouble with Denny'scooking steaks of this quality and stature. Well done Denny's!!! Read more
I asked Michelle today if I could just get a pile of veggies and hashbrowns. She didn?t bat an eye. I could hear her... communicating with the line cook about the ticket and she was firm in her advocacy for me saying ?no egg! Just veggies andhashbrowns!? When the food was in the window, she praised the line cook with multiple compliments and encouragement! Sheexclaimed ?oh my goodness this looks so good! Wow! You did this perfectly! Great job!? Food was great at affordable and reasonable price, I had to wait for about 25m on Sunday noon. I liked the random messages over... the coffee cups and of course they re-fill them before you notice it. Read more
