We used to love Crisp in Crabtree Valley Mall and went about once a week. However, this business seems to have been sold.... Unfortunately, options that we had before such as fat free dressings are not available anymore. The amount of meat in the saladshas decreased as well as the size of the large salad. Furthermore, there seems to be a bit of disorganization where they aremaking the salads. While I understand that there are growing pains with acquiring a new restaurant, the best changes inownership should be seamless. After a couple of times there with the new management and being disappointed, we are findingourselves considering a new go-to salad place. Read more

Today I ate here for the first time and all I have to say is I loved this place. The guy was so kind and nice. I was worried... about eating 1k calories for a meal and here everything was so healthy and lean. They even make all natural smoothies! ???? Irecommend this place 100%!!! Read more

I ordered a Caesar salad and was very disappointed. My salad did not look like the pictures they have up, which was very... misleading. The lettuce was old and they chopped up the ingredients,I added tomatoes and cucumber, even more. Which I have noidea why they chop it up, it made the salad very watery and soggy. Read more
I use to love coming to this place. But now there is a new owner. I am so disappointed. I have NEVER had brown lettuce from... here. But now the new owner has it I have received brown lettuce a couple of times. The service use to be fast. But now no oneknows what to do. I went here on Monday and it was closed.
