I went to this location and ordered two waters in a cup. I was charged 2.39 for it. On the receipt it said "large mellow yellow"... and "large coke zero". I recieved two waters, but brought up the charge. The cashier, Tabitha, claimed that this was how theyput an order of water onto a receipt. One of the worse experiences at a cookout. When I arrive I went to the walk up window and I wasn?t even acknowledged at all no... hey I?ll be right with you nothing I waited for at-least 20 mins. I finally order the lady who took my order was nice tho. Iwait a additional 20 mins for my food watching them make orders through the window they finally make mines and the guy on thefry station making the fries drops my entire tray of food including my burger that was just made he grabs a new tray and throwsthe burger that was just ok the floor on the new tray after watching this I just wanted to leave because who does that. Frequent customer, 2-4 visits a month. Food and milkshakes are delicious, but it feels like the staff are brand new now. The intercom on the left side is barely working. It makes it very difficult to here the person. When we got to the window they... gentlemen didn?t say a word to us. Absolute worst people work at this location. Missing items in food has always been a problem here, but that wasn't enough of a... problem to write a negative review. Tonight, while I was in the takeout line, one employee banged a full trash cart into theside door of my car, leaving a dent on my new car, and walked away. When I asked for the manager, he said it's not gonna help. Istill insisted and got somebody to talk with me. Asked him how he can help with the situation and they just laughed at my facesaying they can't do anything. It is understandable that they would not personally fix that, but taking accountability issomething that should have been done. I will be calling my insurance for this now, since that seems to be the only option. Read more
