Lights off and workers eating fruits and talking and said they were closed at it?s only 8:30pm. They?re suppose to close at 9pm

Pros: hot, fresh, tasty, fair price, good coffee, fast service. Cons: there?s never enough icing on it.

I was required to pay for each individual Cinnabon because I asked for fresh ones not the ones pre packaged in the box. My... problem with this is that I have no idea how long they have been in that box or when they were cooked. When do we start chargingextra money because I want fresh Cinnabons.
