Staff (management) needs to know the Chick fil A salad menu a lot better moving forward. Especially when you show them a... picture of the salad on the chick fil A menu. The last attempt the manager presented a whole hot grilled chicken on a coldsalad on all 3 salads still getting the order wrong!. I was very disappointed and requested my money back at this time. Themanager telling me we don't do this type of salad here. My excitement went from 100 to 0 very fast. I love the location, butthe service was not there motto, "My pleasure." and making the customer feel important getting their food exhibiting Excellentservice and well verse on making the customer Satisfied when leaving with their order. I will visit the location again the walkup and order in the next coming weeks. I will provide my updated experience and rating again. This location is on Six Forks Rdacross from Coscto. Read more
Went to this location on 11/26 at 6:30 pm. It was closed.
Highly disappointed in the service at this location. I waited 30 min for my order and it was only two items
It took long time to get my order and the fries were cold.

I know it?s a new store and there will be mistakes, but I think you opened too early. I have been there well over a dozen times... and rarely has my order been correct. The food has not been consistent either. The sandwich today looks more like a grilledsandwich. I will keep trying, but hope you get it turned around. Read more
