Worst Chicken Fil A I have ever been to. Fortunately haven't been back in over three years. Received wrong breakfast order but... ate it anyway. Except they didn't even include the coffee. Sad experience at this Chick Fil A tonight with a mobile dine in order. We ordered a pretty simple order, two fries, a salad... and a classic chicken sandwich. It took 20 minutes from when we marked ?We are here? in the app for our food to be ready and ontop of that when it came out the fries were cold (the print out sticker on the tray had a time stamp of 8:15 and it was broughtto our table at 8:25 so that might be why). We brought the fries back to the front to see if we could get fresh ones becausethey were cold. Instead of new fries, they put them under the food warmer and handed them back to us?.So now we had luke warmhard fries. To top it all off, when we tried to toss our trash, the trash can was full and they told us we had to throw it outoutside. All in all, we will continue to drive a bit further to the Capital Crossing Chick Fil A which has always beenconsistently better. Read more

Only 2 stars because their food is good but for how many times they have messed up on simple orders, they deserve a 1 at... best. Ordered a simple dinner tonight for my family and was missing 4 items. We were an online order too. (thought that wouldmake it easier for them) Maybe you guys shouldn't have 2 lanes going at once plus the lobby open at the same time while takingonline orders if you mess up that bad. People choose Chick-fil-A for the quality of food and customer service. McDonalds getsmore orders right than this Chick-fil-A. That's embarrassing. This is our last time at this location. Lake Boone Trail is betteranyways. Also if you're out of an item, YOU let the customer know. Do not let them come home with missing items. Terriblebusiness practices. Very disappointed with my mobile order tonight at this Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a spicy southwest salad with normal... grilled chicken instead of the spicy grilled chicken (my partner does not do well with spice). As we approached the window, twoChick-fil-A members came up to our vehicle and stated to us that they ?cannot do special orders? and asked if the normal spicysouthwest salad was ok. My partner asked if they could instead just put a fried chicken filet if the grilled was unavailable.They proceeded to repeat the same thing. We didn?t know the salad was a special order considering it?s an option on the mobileapp without any extra charge. Customizations should not be offered while mobile ordering if the customizations cannot befulfilled. If we had know this, we would have ordered something else for dinner considering we did not get what we ordered. Read more

Most inefficient drive through line. Mobile ordered and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line on a Tuesday night. Had 10 cars... that ordered after me get their order before me.
