I placed an order in drive thru I got the CFA biscuit with a hash brown, CEC muffin and a large hash brown and a chocolate... cookie(app reward for the cookie.) I explain that the co worker I bought the CFA biscuit she didn?t like the biscuit because itwasn?t like the biscuits at a McDonalds or biscuitville. I kept the food to take back after I got off work. None of the food waseaten. I tried to return the food along with my receipt I was told by Nathan I couldn?t get a refund because CFA doesn?t issuesrefunds if someone doesn?t like the food or doesn?t want the food anymore. At this point I?ve pulled out my phone and recordedhim telling me a consumer that works hard for their money, buys food doesn?t want it and you tell me I can?t have my money back.I explained to him I work customer service and I told him if I had a customer that came to my place of work and spent theirmoney and didn?t like the product and had the food I told him I?d have to refund them it?s only right, I?d never deny a consumerthere money back. I told him I?m not leaving the drive thru until I get my money back. He then tells me he is going to call thepolice on me I am a woman of color, I wasn?t rude, disrespectful or anything. you?d rather waste the police time and resourceswhen crimes are actually being committed to have them come here instead of them just giving me my money back. This is completelywrong nor is it fair. I just wanted my money back that?s all I want. I will never go to any CFA ever again. The customer serviceis horrible. You can?t force someone that works for their money to keep something they don?t want. I?ve called corporate to tryand get this resolved for my refund. Great service as usual. Fast and friendly and they always have my order correct. The staff always looks well put together and... are so polite. This is one of my favorite fast-food locations for sure. Read more

The first time I visited this location I got medium fries when I ordered a large. I should have checked my order before I left.... Visited them again and this time there was hair in the fries. I think it's a sign not to go back a third time. Read more

I'm done with this location. I go to it consistently at least once a week and I have had 3 bad experiences in a row. They are so... stingy with sauces and too many times after asking me to go to a parking space, when they deliver the food, there's no sauces atall. Its too inconvenient to go into the store so I just go on without it. The people are nice and the food is generally goodbut the order accuracy is in the Wendy's or Sonic territory which is to say horrible. I'll either take Chick fil A out of thelunch rotation or I'll trudge over to the Falls store to see if that's better. Read more

Disappointed in my experience at this location. Guess because I have to compare it to my experiences with other locations. Not... only was the wait longer in drive thru when it wasn't busy at all but after placing my order & pulling over because one of thedrinks was leaking because there was a hole in the cup I realized that we were never asked what kind of sauces we would likewith our chicken sandwiches. Luckily, I had to go in to go replace the drink so I could get the sauces. Unfortunately, whenwe were eating our waffle fries they were luke warm & very clearly the last of the batch. I will chalk this up to just a badday because overall Chick-fil-A is known for A+ customer service!! Read more

This Chick-fil-A deserves every one of those five stars! This is the first time since 2020 that I have been in a Chick-fil-A... where the experience was completely normal and the dine-in customer was treated great! The play place was open which was a hugeperk for my son to enjoy! He was so excited! Also, this may seem small to some, but they were actually playing music in therestaurant! I've found that most Chick-fil-A's aren't playing any music for some reason. Lastly, the restaurant wasn't overrunwith employee belongings or boxes of supplies like I've noticed at a number of locations. I'll be driving out of my way to visitthis location because of the great experience we had today! Read more

This morning I had my worse encounter with Chick-fil-A. I never in all my years thought id ever have to give this chain a bad... review. But today is the day. Its been coming for a while. I figured this location was just going through some changes andneeded to be given some time. Every morning I order the same thing. I've been coming to this location for about 10+ years as itsright up the street from work. Folks have learned my name over the years because i eat the waffle fries for breakfast and i dontmind the wait. As of late i've been indulging in the Parfait with granola and cookies crumbles on the side ( divine you shouldtry it). Every morning they mess it up. My wife has told me i should check my orders. But this is Chick-fil-A they don't makethose kinda mistakes is my logic. This morning i figured i get the heart shaped minis for my baby and my parfait. They called methe wrong name for the 2nd day in a row and messed my order up for the very last time. I went inside the establishment and askedto speak with someone in charge. Fella said he was the manager and i showed him the mistakes and he nonchalantly asked if i'dlike it remade (this was the 2nd time it was made, i had to pull out front and wait). I told him no i'd like a refund becausethe mistakes have become worrisome and often. He put 2 free meals card on the counter which i declined because who wants freefood that will be at this location wrong or messed up.Time is my issue, you wasted my time. Money comes and goes and you spoiledmy appetite and made me late for work. I spent 22 minutes at your establishment. I asked for a card for the owner or whomever ishis boss. He pointed to the wall and said grab a card and call. No cards that i could see. But i did take note of a number onthe wall. I figured i'd just post a review. If you knew better you'd do better.
