I used to go out of my way to come to this location. I believe they are under new management or have just lost all of their... previous employees. Service for as long as I can remember has been consistently positive and quick. The past 4-5 times I?vegone I?ve Sat in the drive thru for 30 + mins. Noticed they only had 2 people total taking orders whereas they used to have atleast 4. Pulling up to the window it was all new faces. I hope they can get back to where they used to be because this used tobe the best location. Read more
Chick-fil-A has always been a family favorite of ours. My kids love spending time with daddy in this place. That is why wherever... we go Chick-fil-A is a go-to place for us. This is my favorite chick fil a near my house! We always prefer to go to this specific one just because the food is always great... and everyone is so nice there. I just want to shout out Rico specifically because we had a great experience with him today aswell as Vanessa because we see her every time we go in and she always greets us and checks in on us if we need anything!! Since new owner team has taken over and old owner has gone off to brier creek this location has become a mess. As usual the line... is too long. No point of ordering in app on phone because they only get your order started when the employee in the line scansyour phone and so forth. Have been lucky to get my order correct and cooked food not like last times semi cooked sandwich givendue to long lunch lines. Management needs to do better control outside with lines and inside with bags to make sure gettingeverything you ordered. The food had too much peanut oil taste that they use to cook the food. Would prob drive over to briercreek location when in the mood for chick fila next time but not any time soon though. Read more
My goodness. How disgusting are these employees. Several things wrong. 1. Disorganized. 2. Very rude employees, some of them are... nice. I think the managers however are in need of a big talking-to on how to train their employees to talk with respect. This location was not clean for inside dining. There was plenty of young inexperienced help but they were just standing around... and not cleaning anything? I think this location lacks management and sanitizing guidelines. There were very few condiments inthe rack and if you asked for a beverage refill they just looked at you like that's not my job.... I was extremely disappointedin this Chick-fil-A because I know how good they can be but this one needs a lot of improvement! Read more
This chik fil a location is usually pretty great, but this is certainly not an acceptable amount of fries to receive for a large... fry. This is the second or third time I?ve had this happen when I?ve not checked my food until I got home. Pls tighten up. Read more
First time at this chickfila and (see picture) we got a pretty sad excuse for a "large fry". Some of our fries were also... undercooked and, while I don't hold it against the location, they were clearly understaffed and it took 25 mins to get throughthe drive through at a 330pm on a Monday. Otherwise our other food was good. Will likely not visit this location again. Read more
