I went through the drive thru and ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and no bacon. I informed them that I have gluten... allergies. The order take took my order perfectly. However, when I got home my salad had pieces of fried chicken underneathsome grilled chicken. I drove all the way back, explained my dilemma and the manager apologized gave me what I ordered, SO ITHOUGHT!!! I went home a second time and had fried chicken nuggets under some grilled chicken again. Such a hugedisappointment and inconvenience. The last couple of months I've grabbed lunch here they have forgotten my dips and hot sauce which I always ask for through the... app. Last week I received an entirely different salad from what I ordered. I didn't realize until I got back to work so I stillate it but they did give me the dressing for the Actual salad I had ordered???????????Idk what's been going on lately they usedto always be on point with my orders. I go to this chick-fil-a all the time. Tonight, I was not happy my fries were not fresh to me. They were over cooked are been... sitting out for some minutes. The fries were not the usual fresh taste I am use to tasting. Also, they may want to let up onsome of the salt on the regular chicken sandwich it's very salty. So, I may have to give them a break was not happy this eveningwith dinner for me and my husband. Read more
