Went there for lunch during a training along with several others but no one was at the counter. We waited for a couple minutes... and even yelled at the door thinking maybe someone was sticking something. Well no one came. Steam was coming from pans but noone. We all dispersed and ate elsewhere. There was even a lady who made a mobile order and couldn't get her food. Maybe close ifyour not actually going to be open and just do weekends. Waiting for over 15 minutes to have someone come out to greet me. Ordered online and waiting the 5-10 minute quote and still no... one came out to even make the food. Waiting on order 20+ minutes when quoted 6 minutes. Several people came by to order but noone was available. Never received order after 40+ minutes. Mall rep says no one was in the back room.. I just ordered from this place through GrubHub. My order arrived at my door and it's missing my third drink. I tried to contact... the driver but he doesn't answer the phone nor text. I tried to call this restaurant but the number is a voicemail. So I give upand eat the food I have. Only to get to the bottom of my fries and see a staple. I absolutely LOVE the food at Charleys. But there is one person there that makes me not want to go. She Gives the worst... customer service. She is an elderly African American lady (She?s clearly the oldest person there) and her attitude is soooooonasty. I mean she is just completely rude. Today she was cooking sandwiches with no mask on. I have witnessed her and her poorcustomer service on numerous occasions. I don?t wish for anyone to be fired but this individual needs some type of training oncustomer service. I would have gave this review 5 stars because the food is very delightful. But I had to remove 3 stars forthe mean old lady. Read more
