Food is excellent and the staff are friendly, but this location needs a DEEP cleaning. There is food and splatter all over the... frames of the windows where you dine. The tables never seem to be cleaned by the staff. The floors are sticky and you cansmell the bathrooms as soon as you walk into the building. I will be getting food to go next time. You can always count on the Char Grill smell to make you hungry. It's like the local version of Burger King upgraded. Fries are... always hot and crispy. Burgers can hit and almost hit but never miss completely. Most recently I couldn't remember why I stoppedgetting bacon on my burger so I decided to try it again. The bacon was there but it was so thin I could see though it. There wasno bacon flavor. It's not worth the upcharge. I'd recommend leaving the cheese off as well. Either It's too thin or just plaintasteless also. I enjoy their apple pies. My last one was different I hope they haven't changed distributors because they usedto be crispy all over. I guess the only other option is that I served an old pie that had gotten soft. Either way I'll be backto char grill because when you want a burger it hits the spot better than any fast food restaurant. Read more

This is like a cheaper 5 guys, same style with the foil wrapped around the burger. I got the 1/2lb burger and it was done pretty... good. My only small complaint is I put down large fries and got small (from what it looked like). Will for sure be coming back. The vibes inside is pretty nice as well. Read more
This is the place I go when I want a good NC style cheeseburger. You walk up grab a slip and write your own order and send it... through a little slot. Besides the awesome burgers they have great fries that are always hot and perfectly salted. This is theonly location that I know of with inside dining but we still eat it in the car sometimes because why not. It?s a great placewith good food for an affordable price so swing by there next time you?re in the mood for a burger. Read more

Food and service were phenomenal! For a fast food place this place is great. Had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce onions... and mayo and it was spot on! Chicken was hot fresh and juicy just the right amount of condiments as well. Great job char grill!!Will be back soon! Read more
