Absolutely Amazing food and even better staff. Yesterday was my 1st time trying this place. I was a bit overwhelmed with all... the choices but the staff was very helpful and patient. Food quality comparable to other locations I?ve been to, but the staff here were friendly and had a more genuine air of customer... service. Update 8/7/22: I went back to this location and had a pretty opposite experience. I could tell they were busy but theyskimped on the bowls and were out of a lot of things so not only could you not get what you wanted but you got very little ofwhat you did get. The chicken was all burnt little crumbles so my bf asked for extra to make up the difference and they chargedextra. I can?t believe they charged extra let alone served that chicken. I asked for meat balls since the chicken was just burntcrumbles they only had two so my option was take the burnt chicken for the other half or pay an upcharge for spicy lambmeatballs. They didn?t even offer to wait for any of the items to be refilled. If the customer service would?ve been better thefood quality would?ve been as disappointing. First time trying cava I love Mediterranean food and this place didn't disappoint though they were sold out of the lamb... meatballs and this location didn't sale the braised lamb this falafel bowl was everything and I for sure will be back and willeven try other locations to try the lamb because I'm sure if it's anything like this bowl I'm sure it's amazing. Everything wasfresh and even my husband enjoyed his beef meatball bowl, cant wait to go again and try something else. Read more
Great food and service. I made a note that I had a gluten allergy on a pick-up order, and the wonderful people that made my bowl... left a note that they changed their gloves. Food was great, and I didn't get sick from cross contact. Will absolutely coneback! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This Cava was absolutely horrendous tonight. Took 30 minutes to get through 7 people. At 6:45... they were out of Harissa chicken, multiple sauces and multiple toppings. On top of all of this they served my fiancé UNCOOKEDlentils, ruined the entire bowl. The lentils were solid. I came in towards the end of the night for the first time. Im not positive why, but the ordering process was a little confusing,... but afterwards it made sense. I had arugula, basmati, and lamb meatballs. Then I loaded up on almost all the toppings and thegreen dressing. It was a great meal, and I would definitely stop by again. Read more
