Amazing! Burgers were all so tasty & filling, ordering process was easy & the lady was pleasant & patient. Maybe the best fries... we have ever eaten - the parmigiana & herb topping was incredible!! The cost is surely lower than what it is worth- this placerocks!!! Read more

I love Burger Fi, and my family and I have been regulars for many years. Love that they make burgers with quality, grass-fed... beef. I?ve tried a few burgers, but I also go back to the basic double burger Fi burger. The fries are my absolute favorite outof all burger joints or any fast food places. Once you walk in you see place was booming very busy but very spacious with inside and outside dinning ,the linemoved real quick . This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. When I walk to theregister to order. They know what they?re doing and what they?re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy istheir main priority. I ordered a ultimate bacon cheese burger with fries. And she ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries. My burger was juicy... and hot and definitely had more then enough bacon. She said her chicken was juicy and crunchy as well. Over all we loved it. Itdecorated well and the customer service was great. Oh and the sauce to dip fries was delicious. Read more
If I could give 20 stars, I would! The lady that took my order was SUPER helpful and helped us decide what to order. The food... was absolute perfection! Our burgers and fries were amazing! I went with the CEO burger and Urban fries. My son got the BaconCheeseburger and regular fries. This by far is my new favorite burger spot! I will be back the next time I'm in Raleigh! Read more
