I can't speak on the quality of food as I only pick up deliveries from here, but service in the evenings has gone downhill.... Orders don't get started until you arrive to pick up, employees always fussing at each other, extremely slow getting orders outand even when they're ready, they don't give them to customers. The young man they have working the counter in the evenings isextremely rude (wears a hoodie with what I believe is his name airbrushed on it). Straight up ignores customers who are standingat the counter waiting to order. Not even a "Hello, I'll be with you soon." Needless to say I won't be taking orders from hereanymore. Read more
This is one of the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Cashier got the order wrong even after driving to... the window and telling them the specific order we requested. I came inside and explained to the cashier that we ordered the foodthe way we did because of allergies and simply removing the items would not be acceptable. The cashier was accommodating and hadthe order remade. The manager when handing me the food told me he couldn't be doing this and that I needed to get my order ritewhen I ordered it. I been going to this location for years,Never really had to many issues. Lately I've noticed that there are extremely long wait... time,even in the Drive-Thru.If that's not going on then my order has been incorrect.I don't know what's going on? I sure hopethe problem get's resolved. Read more

I never leave reviews but out of all the fast food restaurants in 27606. This has to be the consistent worst one in the area for... years. Food here has made me sick and i notice im always throwing most of it out as its always below what the quality should be.I come back hoping it will be better since its one of the few options in this immediate area. Gave the 2.8 rating a chance and never learn.. Drive thru speaker doesn't work because she couldn't understand a word I was... saying (not her fault). Ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissan'wich and she offered the 2 for $4 and I declined, but after seeingone is $3.59, I'm better off getting the second one for 40 more cents.. ugh. Also added 5pc French toast too because 3pc waslike 50 cents less.. Last but not least, they no longer sell milk, and will CHARGE you 10 cents for ice water, even if youre apaying customer. Dumbest thing I ever heard. Quality was okay but presentation was a negative. Also, how do you forget cheese ona sandwich? Ya got 1 job homey. How on earth can they call themselves a fast food restaurant when I go through the drive-thru just to be gestured to park on the... side of the restaurant.
