If I could give 0 starts I would. I waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive through. When I pulled up to the window I said... hello multiple times with no response. When I finally got a response he said, ?hold on?. I waited 5 additional minutes? nothing.Poor customer service. I understand being understaffed but communicating that with paying customers is ideal. It's a Burger King. Not much exciting about it. The location is convenient for where I was staying. The food was standard... Burger King fare. It is not Chick-fil-A clean, but acceptable. I only interacted with the woman behind the counter who tookour order. I think she was a manager because she was yelling at the kitchen crew quite a bit. It was an average Burger Kingexperience but if you hold it up to the Chick-fil-A yard stick it's not great, just acceptable. Read more
Waited over thirty minutes for order. Paid and got the wrong drink and have been waiting five minutes for actual food which I?ve... already paid for. The attendant taking orders was rude. People literally left the line after ordering it?s so bad. They saidthey were doing a shift change between noon and 1 PM which is lunch hour. TOO FUNNY! BK for lunch. Drive-thru. First, I'm blown out of my seat by the incredibly loud, squawking order menu. The clerk's... headset is having mechanical problems. So I tell him to turn down the mic. Lower. No lower. He can't hear me but I can hear himand the garble in 2 States. We finish my order at the window. While waiting for the food, it starts raining tiny foam confettieverywhere. Blowing in my car, in the drive-thru window. Finally, I yell what is this, where is it coming from? Calmly, theclerk says it's coming from the construction next door. What?! Sure enough, next door the crew is cutting/installing foaminsulation. So, the food was great. The fries were perfect. But I'm not returning until I know what the construction crew isdoing. Those tiny white dots all over the pics and my car hood is the confetti from the insulation framing the building...a painto remove with a vac at $1.25 every 4 minutes. But sometimes you just have to laugh at nearly impossible situations happeningthat really are harmless. Read more
I don?t usually find Burger Kings much different from one another, but Mika!, the woman who took my order at the drive through... and took my payment was such a ray of sunshine and went out of her way to ask if I had all that I needed. So, I felt the need toshout her out! I could hear her greet each person at the drive through in a pleasant, inviting and efficient way?Mika made atrip through the drive through line at Burger King on Wake Forest Rd a visit that I?ll actually look forward to again~ And shegot my Impossible Whopper order exactly right!
