Only car in Drive-Thru was asked to wait. 4 minutes later I ordered two double cheeseburgers ... Young Man said $6.04. I... tendered $7.00 and recieved 0.76 ... Ignored the missing $0.20. Waited 10minutes for stale food. Sad to see a place but Iworked at in the 80s and loved going to hell will not be back. Read more
One of the worst Burgerking I?ve ever been. To start is never open for dining in, on different times a day is always closed.... Only drive thru. The employees are always fighting with each other. You can hear them as you are trying to order. Twice I got myorder wrong and had to get in line again on drive thru to get it corrected. Never again. Read more

It says online that they close at 11pm. We landed and left RDU airport at 10:15pm. We were hungry and looked up what was open... and happy to see that BurgerKing would still be open. Get there at 10:33pm and they were closed. The staff inside looked at uslike we were the idiots for pulling in the drive thru during their posted hours of business. If you want to close at 10:30pm,10pm, or 9pm fine, but update your hours so that customers don?t drive all the way there and don?t receive service.Unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. We don't go to Burger King too often, but wanted a... Whopper. Took forever to order. The person taking the orders was the same person gathering the food and giving to thecustomers. And looked like there was only one cook and preparing the food. I first got in the drive through, but after notmoving for a good while I went inside, mistake. Also the place looked unclean. I am surprised this place is still open! Read more
Updated 9/3: Still 5 stars! We went to this location last Friday at lunchtime. They were busy but we were able to get our order... placed and our food within a timely manner. The lady that took our order was Viola, and she was very patient and friendly. It isnice to have someone like her working the drive-thru as she was very pleasant. We placed an order for three combos, one beingthe impossible whopper. Everything in our order was correct (including adding cheese and whatnot). The drinks were also correctand we were able to get a sweet and sour sauce for the fries. Wonderful meal and a wonderful experience! Thank you!! We camehere for a quick lunch while my parents were in town. We went inside to order as the drive-thru line was wrapped around thebuilding. Lots of places to park at this location. Inside there was also a line but it moved very quickly. The guy who rang usup was very pleasant and easy to talk with. While waiting, there were several people that came up due to their order being wrongand needed something swapped, etc. During our visit, (and every other time I have visited this BK), our order has always beencorrect. I do double check to ensure but have never had an issue. We used their app and got the 2/$5 Whopper Jr meals for myparents. We also purchased two impossible burger combos for myself and my husband. SO YUMMY! I wasn't asked to add cheese to thecombo so I added my own when we got home. They do allow dine in options during this time but have every other table/boothblocked off for social distancing. Read more
