Only the drive-thru was open. Sat in the drive-thru for a least 10-15 minutes and no one said anything on the intercom to take... my order nor to say I will be with you in a moment. No type of communication. I understand if you don't have enough workers butwas there only one person working, taking the orders, cooking the food, what was it? Everybody trying their best I can tell they are understaffed! But the girl with the long blue hair seems like she knows it all... but is it absolutely useless! She laughs at employees making mistakes ? makes a customer wait longer if you say somethinguseful. The guy in the drive thru window deserves a raise to deal with her! Read more
Horribly slow. DO NOT GO. 20 minutes in the drive thru lane of 4 cars and they still forgot to put an item in the bag....I paid... for it, but I did not receive it. You'd think after the 20 minutes they had to prepare the fast food meal, that it would atleast be correct. Tip: Go to the other BK further down Capital Blvd toward downtown, faster, better service and better food. Read more

This was the worst burger King I've ever been to. The drive thru was down. My daughter ordered our food and it was terrible.... That's a picture of french toast. I've never ever seen crispy french toast. The had go back in and retrieve half our oder. Ittoo way too long for it to be called "fast food". Now I don't blame the folks in the store, I blame the people higher up thatsit on their butts and collect our money and build their mansions. Either fix your stores or close the doors. No one should haveto get out their car, walk in your establishment and receive a meal that they've worked hard to pay for. AMAZING, WONDERFUL, SUPERIOR SERVICE... Visited this location with 24 summer campers at 12:3O during a very busy lunch crowd, &... the staff and manager was just awesome. Treated me and my group with exceptional service, smiles, and a lot of humor. Made usfeel welcomed and catered to our every need. Thank you all for making the children beyond happy. Read more
For almost $2 I wanted the the small fry box to be at least full. But they were nice and hot. Had to remove tomatoes from... possible whopper, looked old and add more lettuce and ketchup to go with the pinch that was put on there. Read more
Prepare for disappointment. The place was drive-in only. Not that it matters, two cars ahead of us waited for several minutes... without getting service. Eventually it was our turn, we gave it a shot, nobody answered. When we went to the front door, theservice person sent us back to the doomed drive in. Stay away!
