Cleanest Burger King I have been to, which is extremely important - they deserve recognition for their hard work. I frequent... here about once a week or so. They are also fast and pleasant and have always gotten my order correct. You can see the managertruly cares about quality and appearance - as I ate today I watched him working hard to take and fulfill orders at the counterwhen it was busy. 5 stars for their cleanliness, quality and customer care. I?ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff and service at this location! Stormie is ALWAYS very kind and pleasant to... work with and always wears a smile! The drive thru is practically a couple minutes or less of waiting time and you don?t getthat experience anywhere nowadays. What a great crew to have running this store! order is never correct..ordered a bundle package ,requesting no tomato and no ketchup, was told I couldn't order it that way... because it was in a bundle???? I called the manager (which could barley speak English) and he could not even understand what Iwas telling him!!! His only reply was " it's in the bag" This location is closet to me but I will never order from burger kingagain as long as the management cant speak or understand english and this is false advertising saying I can have it my way yetthey refuse to make it my way!! The best Burger King location out there. Everytime I go ? even if it?s late at night or early in day, the employees are so kind,... and fast! Other burger kings always take forever, or get my order wrong(I?m vegan so I get the impossible whopper with no Mayoor cheese and the veggies on the side) . My cashier and order taker also verified my order with the cooks in the back( I heardher talk to them) and that means soooo much to me. Definitely deserve raises for their amazing customer service. As far as I'm concerned, when you're in the mood for a fast food Burger there's nothing that beats a Whopper. That said, despite... most of my reviews being for non fast food restaurants, the staff here at this Burger King do an awesome job. Not really sure Ineed to speak about the food as it's Burger King and you should know what that means. :) Read more
Ever since Barbara left, this place has gone down hill. The staff is down right rude, the food has gotten worse, and the lines... have gotten longer and slower. Barbara was holding this place together with her awesome personality and professionalism! Now theconcept of customer service is completely lost. If you order more than 2 items they act like you're an inconvenience to them.They're rude, slow, and ignorant. I got a burger here(against my better judgment) and about 30 minutes later did not feel wellat all. This restaurant is getting dirtier as the days go on. I ordered the 2 meals for $10.00 first I couldn't order anything fresh from the grill, then I waited for a fish sandwich to get... cooked fresh that was fine I know that an impossible whopper can be made in the microwave as well as the grill. I got my foodand drove home possible 20 minutes from the restaurant and my onion rings were hard as rocks they literally crumbled in my hand. I was told to come back to have the meals made fresh.
