Drove 18 minutes to get to this location. Once upon arriving was not acknowledge, stood there with their backs to me while they... worked. Finally got a chance to review. Went through drive thru and this place is usually a hit or miss like it?s other location on wade... ave. But a noteworthy they will sell lemon pieces to you these days in this post pandemic market of ours with the workers theyare able to hire doing the bakery. In past they wouldn?t but now it?s all they can churn out I guess with the labor they hire.Literally it?s a hit or miss with this brand now. Don't go here. Everything is horrible. The dining area is still closed. The coffee and bagels taste like burnt trash and the... air is filled with depression. I used to love Brueggers too! NYC Bagel down the road is much much better; there are other fastbreakfast right down the street, like Cup A Joe or dunkin. Please put these guys out of their misery! Read more
There was a white woman who worked the drive-thru here that would always get my order wrong. I would always order a western... sandwich with a coffee, that?s it. She would only ever give me my sandwich. I?d always just get my sandwich but not my coffee,so I just assume the coffee isn?t ready yet so I continue to wait in the drive-thru. She starts looking at me like I?m dumb, andI tell her I?m waiting for my coffee which I clearly ordered. She?d tell me I didn?t order and she?ll end up reluctantly startmaking my coffee. It?s also important to note that I?m not getting handed receipts here. This was a cycle that happened at least10 times with the same employee, until I was fed up coming here and started going to the one on Hillsborough street instead.Turns out they?d only charge for the sandwich, so on the ticket it says I?m not ordering a coffee. not sure why she never wantedme to be charged for coffee, but too much of a hassle with a rude employee just for some free coffee. I went in for a simple bagel with extra cream cheese on the side and was charged $5 and some change. When She made my order, she... was also making two other orders I assumed for the drive-through with it. My cream cheese wrap had a red substance on it I?massuming from the other sandwiches. I?m glad I wasn?t allergic to anything. I swear I tasted onion in my cream cheese (I gothoney walnut) There?s also a piece of cheese in my regular cream cheese bagel. The bagel was OK but it wasn?t worth the fivedollars. Just go to food lion. You will get a whole pack of bagels and a larger cream cheese for the price and the time youspend getting a bagel here. Easy to understand and order through the drive thru. Polite staff. And bagel sandwiches were on point. I loved it!
You know how you have a craving for something good to eat? Well, I didn't get what I was craving. After placing my order online... to have it delivered through Door Dash, I spoke with an employee to confirm my order including adding the right cream cheese tomy sandwich. The sandwiches were delivered....no cream cheese on my sandwich. I called and spoke with the mgr. Jen, she told mesorry someone told you that you could have cream cheese on your sandwich but we can't add cream cheese on sandwiches when it'sbeing delivered, you will have to call Door Dash". Door Dash did not make my sandwich, Brueggers Bagel made my sandwich. THATDOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!! That was Manager Jen's resolution and talked to whoever I spoke to about making sure my favorite creamcheese was on my sandwich. I guess that employee will be reprimanded for making me think I would get a bagel delivered w/creamcheese. Apparently that employee didn't know. It's a small situation but I was craving something and I paid for it. Myresolution is to buy my own everything bagels, Light Herb Garlic cream cheese. Read more
