Although your employees don?t wear masks and the majority of your customers don?t wear masks you don?t provide a place to sit... down and enjoy your meal. If this is due to Covid, it is hypocritical. Should be 1 star, I gave 2 stars because I generally like Bruegger's but the store wasn't open. We were not the only people... looking to stop there. Hours were listed as opening at 6am. We arrived at 6:45am and the store was dark. They were not going tobe opening anytime soon. Read more
Absolutely disgusting! You are far better off buying frozen bagels from a grove store. Neither bagel was toasted. Twice baked... hash browns grossly undercooked and cold. Poor management for this experience! Read more
Haven't been here in several years..it is still as delicious as I remembered it!
There is no dine in despite the details saying it does have., nor is there outside seating. Not ideal for a lunch stop unless... you live close. None of the bagels /sandwiches were toasted prior to being made, therefore resulting a an extremely tough bageland not enjoyable eat. If toasting isn?t standard especially with sandwiches, they definitely should ask prior yo making them! Read more
Located off wade ave in the whole foods complex. Trying to do best. I ordered a dozen . Location is short staffed and new on the... learning curves. Bagels not coming out properly a little too early or too late. Even my plain were on the ones coming out toolate and color off. Only bought the bagels no comment on the sandwiches or their coffee. I love Bruegger's Bagels! I first saw them in CVG Airport and stop by everytime I find one. They offer such a different variety... of bagels and different cream cheeses.... and the creations of sandwiches they come up with are awesome! We tried the brisketand bacon breakfast bagel this time and it was really good. Read more
3.8 stars customer service was great. I had the Sriracha bagel was going to take a picture of it, but I ate it. Lol. There are... plenty other photos. Only thing I would change would probably be order extra bacon.. bagel was good and everything that was onit. I would not say that there was anything extremely special about it just a decent little bagel place. Read more
