Called while in the parking lot to try and order a bagel while I had 2 babies in the car and was told that they weren?t taking... call-in orders ?due to the long line?. There was not a single person ordering. No line whatsoever. Say you aren?t taking ordersover the phone, don?t LIE about the reason why. Just say you don?t want to do your job instead. Honestly, from other people talking this place up, I had high expectations. Safe to say I was pretty disappointed, but the bagel... was really good. I got the Siracha honey bagel and the cream cheese was extremely melted when I got started eating it. The eggwas flavorless and the bacon seemed undercooked for a breakfast sandwich. The manager who was there was rude and in my opinionunprofessional as he basically waved off a doordash driver because she didn?t see the table with the orders. Not sure how I have to word it to get the inside of my bagel toasted. Seems like the outside is toasted twice. Since they don't... have sundried tomato anymore my go to in garlic and the outside burns and inside is not toasted at all. Was busy so I didn'twant to hang over watching them make it but I guess I'll have to next time since this is the third time it's been like this. Read more
I like to have my everything bagel with seeds.... like covered... this is a sorry bagel. Been disappointed at both locations... (Creedmoor and Strickland) every since Brandy left (best bagel maker ever!). Prices keep going up but product keeps goingdownhill. Oh and open your dining rooms!!! Its getting cold outside! Read more
