We tried to come here a week ago and were turned away because "they no longer have service to the outdoor seating" even though... we watched them seat another couple outside, right before we walked in. Whatever. We were reluctant to try again but I had acraving. Anyway, today we called ahead to make sure there was outdoor seating and then presented to the host station to beseated. Nobody seated us, the young man said, "yeah, go seat yourself..." Ok. Not a good start but let's see how thingsprogress. We waited 5-7min for service. A nice man (Jacob?) Came to take our order and completely changed our perception of howthe evening was going to go. He was bartending and waiting the outdoor tables but he was not only super nice but he was superefficient too! We had our apps and meals in a matter of minutes and finished in less than an hour. The food turned out to bereally good. My kid loved there fettuccini! The calamari was a small portion but turned out to be only $6! That made sense! Thepasta a la vodka was really tasty but spicy. Not that the spicy was bad but it was unexpected. If you order the vodka sauce,expect some heat. It's worth trying though, it was excellent. I'm so glad things turned out well, we got lucky with that guyJacob. They really have a keeper with that guy. Giving 4 stars because there are things to work on. Read more
Food is absolutely incredible here. Highly recommend the Shrimp&Eggplant appetizer, Chicken Milanese, Strawberry Balsamic... Chicken salad, and the Pork Chop. The pork chop was the best I've ever had?????????????????????????? Read more
6 pm Thursday night.Party of 8. Knew we were in trouble when waitress could not get drink order right. Ordered cocktails. They... come with very little alcohol. 1 person ordered lobster and shrimp pasta. Came with no lobster. Waitress never told us they wereout of lobster even though kitchen told her. Had to send that back. 7 of us got our meals while the 8th never got her salmonmeal until we were done eating.sent back. She never got to eat. No refills, table was not cleared of dirty dishes until afterentrees served and we had to ask. Then they sat on the both behind us that another party was in for over 20 minutes. Ordered 2ndround of different drinks that never came. Had to ask several times for little things. Server had zero personality. Could havehad a huge tip on check over $300 but just 1 disaster after another. Even the acting manager dropped a dessert on the floor. 1in party went to manager who took the mistakes off and offered free desserts but never came to speak with table. We first went to the one in Cherokee NC. I love the chicken parmigiana and the wedge salad. ????????The one in Raleigh is at... Crabtree mall. Our visit was right after things opened back up after Covid. We had a good meal and enjoyed the atmosphere. Willbe going again soon! ???? Read more
Beautiful restaurant. First time. Service was nice. Veronica was our server. She was pleasant and hard working in our section.... Very caring. Food was tasty. Pasta Brio was lite yet filling. We also had sausage and pepperoni flatbread and chopped salad.The chopped salad didnt taste as fresh as we prefer. We may return again. Read more
Jason the bartender was great! Drinks were made to satisfy. Food was good except our lambs chops were little over cooked.... Lobster and shrimp fettuccine was great! Appetizer ordered was forgotten. My wife and I enjoy eating here. We are never disappointed with the service or our meals. I love the carpaccio starter. I feel... like a few years back they had it has a main dinner meal, but I could be mistaken, not to many places serve this dish. Thesignature cocktails are a good treat as well, I recommend the old fashioned. Anyhow, if you want a great meal and a nice finedining experience give this place a go. Read more
