BM has got Absolutely horrible with the smaller portion trays & server literally give you a scoop of everything whether it fills... the serving tray or not. The staff on Capital Blvd is horrible & very rude!! It's not worth the money....the chickens are sosmall they look like cornish hens. Portion size is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & WAY OVER PRICED!!! I'm not sure why boston market sends out coupons. The last 2 time I've brought my wife here, they would not honor the coupons... that were sent to her. Half the time what you came in for is not available. Cream spinach etc. I think this is not a way tokeep clientele. Thank you but no thank you. I work for my money very hard. I will not continue to patronize thisestablishment no longer. Besides I don't think they don't like older folks. So fellow seniors don't come here. Read more
After reading recent reviews, we were a little skeptical to try out this Boston Market. I gotta say the Meatloaf was really... good and fresh as was the Mac and Cheese. However the creamed spinach was a little dry, maybe overcooked or leftover lol.Overall, I was happy with my meal. My girl got a 1/4 chicken meal(not pictured) and she really liked it a lot so this was apretty positive experience. Thank you! Read more
As you can see, my order was placed and instead of them calling me to see what replacements I would like, they gave me what they... wanted me to have,the potatoes are dry, and I didn't get my mixed vegetables, no chicken on my salad that I paid extra for, andnot 1 I mean not 1 piece of cornbread with 3 meals. Why is this place still open? The energy and service is tired. The food looks old and unappetizing. The servers looked sad to.... Yes they were polite. I asked to taste the stuffing. Stove stop is better. I purchased a mashed potato. Never again. Read more
The guy who waited on me offended me by telling me patience is a fruit. Like l wasn't being patience with him. I though he just... needed to push a key cause when l ran my card it wasn't doing anything. That's when he made that statement to me. The music wasso loud l had to ask them to turn it down which they did but some people wouldn't say anything about it but wouldn't returnthere. The string beans were very plain.
