This location used to be good, but now it's awful. They constantly forget your food, the fries sometimes taste like theyre... cooked in old oil, the food is often cold, and it takes way too long. 8 pieces chicken got me paid $18.39. No biscuits because I asked, and they say if I don?t order it gets cheaper. This is the... same price. Slower than a Wendy?s (and Wendy?s is the gold star of atrocious fast food service). Others have been too generous in their... reviews. It?s nice that this location is so close. The place is clean I?ll give them that but they don?t work here. I haveenough time to write this sitting in the drive through with two other cars. That?s how slow it is. The staff doesn?t speak oracknowledge your existence. Not sure what?s going on with the mask situation there either but somebody mumbling through a facediaper actually makes things worse. Read more
I don?t normally go during peak times. I?m sure it?s overwhelming during the tailgates. That being said, I get breakfast there... about twice a month and dinner at least once a month and the food quality and speed of service is better than most Bojangles. They do not deserve such a low rating. Read more
I truly assumed that this location's overall rating was skewed but this was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a... Bojangles. I arrived around 2pm on a Friday and there was only one other car in front of me in the drive-thru line. The employeewas pleasant and helpful but the food was dreadful. I ordered a Bo's Chicken Sandwich with fries and tea. The fries were soggy,cold, and unseasoned. The bun was stale, the chicken was cold and dry, and there barely any mayo. This location is only 7minutes from my house but I will gladly drive 15 minutes to next closest location next time. Read more
There are 2 google listings for the same building. Clearly trying to escape the bad reviews. Waited 30-40 minutes in drive thru... line. Meanwhile trying to dodge cars that are parked and trying to get out because the parking lot was so poorly planned. Aftermy 30 minute wait, I received my 4 piece supremes meal that was lukewarm at best. They also should call it a 4 piece nugget andcharge less. Smallest tenders I?ve ever seen. The sauce cup is equal size or bigger. There are probably more employees outsidesmoking than there are inside making the food. Read more
They just opened, so I'll give them an extra star out of pity. I've been multiple times since they opened because it's right... beside work and i like Bojangles food. This location has never had any Ranch sauce in stock. Several times I've gotten supremesand they were nothing but breading. Currently typing this while sitting in a parking space I was asked to wait in, but I waited10 minutes before anyone came out with food, and they had to go back because they forgot my drink. The location is clean andthe employees are super nice though. I'll update review if the food situation gets better ???? UPDATE: I'm taking my pity starback because now I'm annoyed. I specifically asked for no ice in the tea and there's more ice than anything (i know they didn'tmishear me and in even repeated myself when the employee had to go back and get my drink). And the fries are soggy andcompletely unseasoned. I have no idea what the wait was for. The biscuit feels stale so it's not fresh, and the chicken doesfeel hot enough to have just come it either. The staff is so friendly and efficient at this location! And the restaurant is immaculate. My husband and I tried their wings... for the first time with the Bo buffalo sauce and it was delicious!! We asked for numerous coffee refills and the folks werealways pleasant. I get decaf and it was ready to serve and fresh versus the wait I often go through at other places. Chick-Fil-A has quit serving decaf. I appreciate the extra effort that decaf takes. We will definitely be going back. Read more
