There staff does a great job of taking your order and getting your food quickly. They're always friendly. Food is always up to... the standard you'd expect from Bojangles'. Cajun Filet Chicken Biscuits are great. This location can get pretty busy andgetting in and out can be tight. Read more
Thanks to the Bojangles at 3808 Western Blvd. Raleigh, NC 27606 we are Bojangles customers again. We had coupons for free meals... because of HORRIBLE experiences in Knightdale. We hadn't gotten around to giving them away and ended up on the other side ofRaleigh. What a WONDERFUL experience. Pleasant staff. Clean! Hot food! Fast! 100% what dining out should be. Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4-piece supreme combo. When I got home, I realized that they did not put fries in... it. I called the restaurant and the manager told me she would need me to come back with the receipt and all the food before shewould reimburse me for the fries. Since I'm not going to drive back out there for $2, I figured this location can just get a1-star review for their bad customer service. Read more

The building looks old and dull from outside and the parking lot full of potholes be careful. Any way drive thru is slow and... steady with one employee taking orders outside on some sort of tablet but still having to make payment at window. Might not havegone full electronic like other restaurants who knows. At least they got order correct and my drink. Got the chicken Cajunfillet sandwich it was ok sort of bland could be more spicier. So I eat at Bojangles almost everyday and loved the old bbq sauce. It was literally the only reason I ordered form here. Now... they switched to this disgusting thin bbq sauce and I?m unfortunately never coming back unless they bring back the old bbq sauce:( Read more
Women working drive thru was very rude and disrespectful and started walking to the car behind me before I was finished.... Secondly they put no seasoning on my fries whatsoever after I asked for extra seasoning. Overall a terrible experience and willnot go back to this bojangles! Read more
