They are clearly understaffed. Pay your people more and raise prices if necessary. Offer good, consistent schedules. People have... lives. The food was just ok except the biscuit, which was better than usual. It took a very long time to be acknowledged/havesomeone take my order. The order taker was grumpy and didn't listen well. Receiving my order took awhile too. After waitingseveral minutes with no one ahead of me, I expected that though. I will be back again anyway because of my deep southern desirefor chicken and biscuits for breakfast and the close proximity to work. Some days the food and service is pretty decent. 3.5stars on a good day. 2 on the average day. Luckily for you the pandemic has lowered my expectations. Read more

I?m from the north and I thought this place was amazing. Everything was fresh. The chicken tenders were good. The BBQ sauce was... delicious. The fries and Mac and cheese were everything! Even the Pepsi was good lol. I will be returning. Read more

Went thru the drive thru for lunch they swiped my first card it went thru and showed up on my phone immediately. I was told the... transaction timed out and didn?t process because a receipt didn?t print so then they tried to swipe the card again and itdeclined. I explained to the manager that it was probably declining because it was a duplicate transaction in a short timeframewhich was confirmed by my CC company when I called them but the manager didn?t agree with me. Again I showed them my phone wherethe charges hit my credit card immediately but the manager said it was just a pending transaction and wouldn?t go thru because areceipt never printed. I was hesitant to give them another card but didn?t want to hold the drive thru line up any longer. Theyswiped my 2nd card which didn?t feel right having to pay for the meal twice but at this point was the only way to proceed due tothe manager not handling this situation properly. Fast forward 2 days later the charges went thru on both cards and I had to goback and ask for a refund which I knew was going to happen. Waste of my time and their time. They did process the refund but itshouldn?t have been handled like this when the issue was on their end and not mine. Read more

Line was almost to the road as usual...wasn't expecting that at 9pm though. I should have looked at my sandwich before I left. ... Looks like the oil it was fried in wasn't fresh or it was refried. Fries were not hot. I asked for no pickles but where is themayo? Guy at window was courteous so that was a bonus. So much for the new chicken sandwich! Read more
