I ordered a pizza that comes with sausage, mushrooms and spinach. When it arrives it only had sausage. I asked the lady at the... counter where the mushrooms and spinach were she said, "we're out". Why didn't she tell me when I order. The cool came out andsaid, "they're underneath the cheese". They weren't it was a lie. If I owned this place I'd fire these two. They are ruiningyour business. BAD. Bad customer service, bad pizza, bad experience. I watched some rude employee light a fire for 30 minutes with amazon... cardboard boxes and what came out is obviously an affront to pizza everywhere. Order literally anything else in the building. Read more

Pizza was great. Considering how long the line was and how short staff they were. They were very nice and got our food out in a... decent time and the pizza was delicious! Read more

Sadly, I can't comment on the food. But that's because the young man at their counter on Sunday for lunch showed absolutely no... interest in taking our order! He literally said nothing and stared at us with a bored look. My wife asked him if he was having abad day. He simply said "no" and continued his blank stare. We started to order a pizza when he interrupted us by pointing to asmall handwritten sign that said "no pepperoni" in letters too small for anyone to read. Get another job or change yourattitude. We'll never be back. If the owner is reading this, you should take a look at the other comments about the poorattitude of your employees. It is hurting your business. Read more

I bought chicken Alfredo, it?s was almost $12. I wouldn?t have cared as much if it wasn?t bland, soggy, barely any sauce, I... didn?t get any bread and tasteless besides tasting like they scraped the noodles from the bottom of the pot, so burnt. I triedto go back but they had closed so I couldn?t ask for a refund, the food hurt my stomach so bad. Maybe if Bella herself made thefood it would taste as good as the few good reviews they have but the 1 stars are the most accurate right now. Read more

They have all the right tools and the ingredients are good but the execution is awful. Soggy wood fired pizza?!?! I want to like... this place but every time I have ordered there the pizza has been soggy and underbaked. I don?t know if it is a temperature ortraining issue or what but it really needs some work. 15 dollars for soggy pizza just doesn?t work when you can a few dollarsmore and get proper Neapolitan style pizza just down the street. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. OrderPooleside pies to go instead or literally any other pizza place that is an option. These guys don?t care and it shows. TLDR:This shop is phoning it in and serving terrible pizza. Don?t waste your time, cause they will waste yours. Disappointing is anunderstatement. Read more

My wife wanted to have pizza in the west Morgan street food hall and this was the only one that fit the bill. We ordered the... pizza margherita which was below average. Nothing much to say about it except for the fact that the tomato sauce was just okayand the mozzarella were few and far between. I wasn't expecting a top class margherita like the ones served by pizza places inBrooklyn, but a decent pizza should have more than just a smattering of cheese pieces. Read more
