BEST takeout, especially if you are vegetarian. They have the crispiest tofu I've ever had in my entire life, and I've been kept... up at night thinking about what they heck they must be doing to ensure it is still crunchy after it sits in a takeout containerfor 30 minutes covered in sauce.
