I've been wanting to try this place for a few months and today I was in the area, so I gave them a shot. Anna took my order and... was polite and friendly! The service was quick and my food was hot. The only drawback was the taste. This chicken is not for me.It had the perfect amount of crisp, but it lacked flavor. My suggestion would be to try the sauces which could make up for thelack of seasoning. The fries were good though, not too salty and the regular is a hearty portion. Read more
So, first time trying and I must say it has some promise. I had the hot honey, 4 chicken strips and key limeade. The hot and... honey could have used some seasoning. Chicken was uneven on the bun which means I almost lost the chicken out of the bun a fewtimes. Strips are coated in panko (I think?). BBQ sauce was not for me. It was just, fine/okay. I'm gluten-free, so having gluten-free CRISPY chicken on the menu is something of a novelty for me. I... was super stoked to try this out. The chicken itself was very juicy and very crispy, but like so many other reviewers said,lacking in ANY flavor. It's so unfortunate to try the chicken by itself just to realize that it doesn't taste more than pankoand chicken. Seriously a little salt, pepper, paprika, something would have gone a long way. The staff was great. The atmospherewas fine. I'm just super disappointed. I got the fries and sweet potato fries and they were fine but nothing to really writehome about. The sauces were okay too. The yum yum sauce was definitely good and I got the hot honey but I wasn't totally onboard. Overall, not sure if I'll try it again any time soon. Like many, I was very excited to visit this new AC venture, and expectations were pretty high. The experience overall was... mixed. The TL;DR is it?s an expensive fast food restaurant that is still working out the kinks and may need to revisit somerecipes. Food is not being made to order and their timing is off (cold food). Here?s the breakdown? The sandwiches when made with care are amazing. However 50% of the time I've been something is off with a sandwich or side. This... time, I got the new Nashville hot sandwich and large fries. Asked for honey mustard and a hot sauce on the side. Check pic forthe large fry box. It actually had the same amount I've received for a regular fry, they were cold when I received my bag, and Isaw a chef eating fries after he pushed my order through the window. The chicken sandwich was flavorful but the construction wasweird. It was like the chicken breast was folded over before it was fried and came out as a tall and narrow chicken tendershape. When I got home with my Togo order, I also found out they didn't include either of the requested sauces (this happens 50%of the time). The food is good if care is taken, and worth the price. Otherwise it's an expensive alternative for Chick-fil-A.This meal was $16 for reference. Read more
