Ice cream was not fresh, disappointed. It tasted and look like they scraped the bucket. Had the taste and appearance of ice... cream that frosted over with ice. At $5.99 a scoop, I expected better. Plus they were out of vanilla ice cream and dipped cones. Read more
Terrible customer service and rude employees . Came in at 8:30 (they close at 9:00), the employees were helping another customer... in the store and after they left the workers walked to the back after we?ve been waiting to be helped. All we wanted was a scoopof ice cream and they said sorry we?re closed after us standing there waiting. We left with no ice cream and after I told thetwo guys that they could have told us they were closed they proceeded to say that ?they did not care?. Most definitely callingcorporate. Worst service ever. These reviews are too consistent with lack of customer service. As a business owner myself, I?dnever treat my customers like that. They need new staff asap. Read more
