Love the burgers but something that makes upset is that I had went to this establishment multiple times and order a speciality... burger but then get a basic burger. Those prices are different?.it?s unfortunate that by the time I see the burger I am at home.This last time I was in the parking lot saw that my burger was wrong. Before we headed to the movies we tried out a new burger place. It was only drive-through and not dine in. The drive-through... person was efficient in the friendly. The burgers were good. I had waffle fries with my combo and the wife had seasoned fries.I liked both of them although the season fries were a little bit more greasy than I would like. I've been eating Backyard Burgers for 5 years or more and have just had the worst burgers they have ever served me. The burgers... were burnt and there were no condiments on them to speak of. One onion ring and a small lettuce leaf without tomato or ketchup. Amazing how the price goes up and the quality goes down! Read more
So you?re in the car and wondering how to spend $11 plus for a burger meal? Search no further. Backyard has your back, gonna... cost at least 11 for any combo. Bring your bible as well, as you?ll need God to make sure the burger is made right if youdeviate. Not sure if Allah helps, seemingly not on the bacon burgers. The curly fries taste super good. The food was great and it is very family oriented!! I was a little disappointed with the customer service. The cashier was not... very friendly. She never asked ?how may I help you.? We had to initiate the transaction. I never understand why businesses getthese unmotivated employees. It?s not a great reflection of management and leadership. Nonetheless, since I have no complaintsabout the food. I would visit again and hope for better service. Read more
