When I went there the nuggets was very salty! I also ordered a strawberry lemonade & got way more ice than lemonade.
The pretzels here are so delicious! But I don?t really like their OG cheese sauce, definitely head to the food court to the spot... to the left of the cookies and just buy their cheese sauce because their pretzels are trash. And it?s a good combo! Read more
So I should have looked at their sanitary grade review, I don't recall what it was when I was there but I'm gonna say to anyone... planning on getting something there, be very careful what you get and don't order any premade pretzels because I got a cup ofthe regular pretzel bites and later on the evening of November 20th I was attacked with food poisoning. If you want to get a cupof any of the bites have them make you a fresh batch because the one they gave me made me sick for the next couple of days, Ihad all the symptoms of food poisoning so be careful or just avoid getting anything from that location. I have been here several times over the years and this place is not it ANYMORE ????... Decided to stop by after dong a UBER drop... off and get me a pretzel. They don't have the powdered pretzel like at other places. Sometimes you have to branch out and theyhave failed to do that. Experiment a little. This rating is mainly on service. When at the register, the employee was talking to another employee. Not a big deal, at first,... but he continues talking with the young lady, who does politely ask me if I need help. I said that I was just waiting for him tofinish, no intention of hostility. The young man then looks at me, raises his eyebrows, tilts his head, and looks at hisco-worker in a way that I can only translate as rude. My transaction is completed and pretzels are given in a timely manner, allwhile they continue to converse about life. Read more
