My granddaughter and I love Arby's. I get the roast beef sliders and as snack size orange cream shake, my child always wants the... mozzarella sticks and a orange cream shake. Our favorite place to eat. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. After sending a co worker to get 50 dollars of food including 6 sandwiches we only received 5 packets... of arbys sauce. Talked to the manager and he was extremely rude and said it was excessive and he trained his employees to belike that with the sauce. I will be reaching out to corporate for sure for the rude attitude. Read more

Lady taking the order did her job perfectly. Courteous and had a bright enthusiasm. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely... loaded down with toppings which is always a blessing. Mozzarella sticks were fresh and delicious. Losea a star cause the curlyfries were old. Not old enough to not eat but old enough that instead of a crispy crunch they were chewy. Terrible service consistently in the after 5:00 employees. Placed an online order to pick up. When I arrived the lobby lights... were off and a sign said drive thru only. I drive to the drive thru window and no one looked out. I called the store and no oneanswered. When clearly there were employees there. I Drive around again to the speaker and was told they are closed. It?s 2hours til closing time. I informed that I had placed an online order and was told ?we are closed?. I asked how to get my moneyback. The employee said ?I don?t know? ?go on app?. I asked for assistance with where in the app to go and was bluntly told ?weare closed?. Then the employee proceeded to turn off the speaker and not answer any of my additional questions. This storecloses repeatedly early with no signs/explanation. The owner/Manager must not care and does not monitor employees at thisstore. Read more
