The experience was good the woman behind the counter was really friendly and helpful went there around 12:30 for lunch Wasent as... busy as i thought it would be only took about 10 minutes to order my food after someone else and receive it all around goodatmosphere for me and the food is good I got the smokehouse brisket and curly fries and greasy fries hurt my stomach eatingthese fries no problems at all they weren't over cooked but had a great level of crisp to them and I love that in fries. Out of roast beef at 5:30 PM on a Wednesday. Drive-through took five minutes of waiting at the window for my food to be... lukewarm. No sauces in the bag which I realized after I drove away after I specifically asked for them for children?s chickennugget. Then I got home and the Ruben barely has any meat or sauerkraut. Read more
This is consistently the worst Arby's I have ever seen. Every time we go there are troubles! Today at noon, the inside was not... open, only the drive through and no milkshakes! We love the Jamoca shakes, but the milkshake machine is rarely open. They saidit was being cleaned. AT NOON, DURING THE BUSIEST HOUR OF THE DAY? Last time it was at 6:00pm. We have also been told no friestoday and no potato cakes. And there is never a manager to speak with! Today the lady screamed at me and slammed the window shutwhen I asked for a manager. The drive thrus been closed for weeks if not months now due to ?staffing? shortage, even at 3pm when it?s dead. Had a decent visit, unable to go inside unfortunately it was closed. Drive thru moved fairly rapidly. My problem was my... chicken sandwich which was made of 2 chicken tenders or nuggets or whatever it was but it was not a chicken filet. I understandthe difficult times we live in but communicate with me and give me the opportunity to change my mind since you changed mysandwich.. It is messy and dangerous to eat this type sandwich and drive. Not pleased!! Read more
This one is a for-real Way Back machine. On the outside we see the 80s (?) effort to build out a conformity-first... blockhouse-facade out-parcel for the similarly (out)dated mall behind. It screams Wendy's, but who knows? What's great for thisreview is the sign outside that states Arby's is Hiring AND Inspiring. Because on the inside, which looks like a Wendy's layoutfrom my long past youth, there are Inspirational Signs. Oh goodness gracious. The kitchen looks like vintage Wendy's. Thefood, which met my expectations ????, was just fine, the crew members efficient & friendly. Yea! The framed Inspirationposters, which I assume were bought at a store named "Inspirations" at a mall in the mid 80s, are totally Way-Back AWESOME. Theyare spectacularly ernest and ignorantly ironic in that boomer / Reagan-esque / néuvo-suburban blow rehab disarray I remembergrowing up in. It's an art gallery of Pitfall(s) ???? Challenge is golf by the ocean. Perseverance is a granite wall to climbover and over until you fall off. Leadership is fly fishing by yourself. Determination is a huge field that's been eaten by agolf course. Teamwork is getting everyone you know to jump out of a plane. Possibilities is either the ocean destroying yourhouse or a frozen tundra awaiting development ???? Does any of that make a difference? Of course knot. Without the internet ormObil3 Fones, people in the 80s had the time for (sorry, TO, I meant: to) ???? blow out on the golf course. Anyway, this placeis a bit hard to find behind all the overgrown shrubbery, but that doesn't matter if your phone is telling you where to go.
