The appetizer was a mess that should have told me to get up and go! I ordered the bourbon Swiss burger asked for it to be well... done. It came out still bleeding. Was told that?s the 2nd raw burger they had served tonight. The breadsticks with the othermeal was a true stick it was so hard! I wish that I could give a zero. My husband and I went on a Saturday in a couples date. It was moderately busy after our movie.... We sat at the bar so we didn?t have to wait. The bar was dirty and it took forever for us to be addressed. The bartender NEVERaddressed us. He barely wiped our area on the bar so my friend asked for the towel and she cleaned it. 6 min pass and still nogreeting. The bartender was to busy flirting with the young ladies beside us. The hostess and wait staff were both very helpful and accommodating to us. I have mobility issues and the hostess sat us at a... table near the door and parking lot so that I didn't have to walk far. Our waitress was friendly, quick and offered suggestionsfor our meal and dessert. Although the restaurant wasn't as crowded as it was during pre-pandemic times, it showed for us toenjoy our food without feeling rushed and we were able to talk and catch up on things that had happened since our last gettogether. ???? We had left a Comedy show and went there to eat, we waited an hour to be seated, but when we got seated.......the young... gentleman name Will was truly impressive......he was working, hard, and was very respectful, even with the overwhelming task hehad..... It was 6 of us, he remembered every order without writing down anything and when we got our food.....it was hot andpresentable.....this young man deserves a raise, employee of the month or something.....he will keep your customerscoming...back ????????????.....insider....next time tho.....I want a little more sugar in my tea tho????????..... They were trying their best and were friendly about it. They were only about 6 tables in use but the wait was almost 15 minutes.... They seemed to be short staffed and there was a long wait for everything. It took almost 30 minutes to get the drink Iordered. The food was good when it came. Our waitress was spectacular. And the pecan sandie dessert was absolutely divine. Theywere out of silverware and some of the plateware, so we had plastic utensils and a paper to go cup for soup. Considering whatit appears they were dealing with, they made the best of it and the staff's attitude made the visit worthwhile. Read more

I am not sure what is going on at this location. Maybe they are in a team rebuilding phase, maybe all the help quit at... once...who knows. That parking lot was almost empty. I park and go in with two of my kids to eat. No one at the front desk togreet or seat us. After an awkward wait one server stopped and seated us. There were 3 other tables seated. This is 5:30pm onSunday. The bar has all the chairs leaned on it like it is closed. There is a barkeep, and she is trying to open the bar. Thewaiter took our order quickly, then brought us two of our three drinks. He acknowledged the error when we asked but never wouldbring the third drink. He brought us an appetizer we didn't order. We told him it wasn't ours. Then after ten minutes took it toone of the other tables. 40 minutes 8n we get our food and third drink, courtesy of the nice barkeep. We eat, paid, and left.Again, not sure what's broken here, but I hope they get it fixed. An older couple asked me in the near empty parking lot of theplace was good. Not been to an Appleby for about 3 years if this is the standard across the chain the best thing is to close it. The sampler... plate came with the hot dip in a delivery cup instead of a bowl as shown on the menu and I am certain it had been microwaved asthe cheese on top was too hard for the chips we had to use forks. When we arrived we were told a 20 minute wait as the serverswere busy. 40 minutes later we got a seat. We explained we did not have Internet access so could not use the Internet orderingsystem, no problem we could just order off the menu. But the host did not tell the server 20 minutes later she asks what drinkswe want 15 minutes after that the drinks arrived but one was wrong 10 minutes to change that. 20 minutes after that theappetiser arrives then another 15 for the entrees. Food quality was poor but we were hungry so ate the entrees and most of theappetisers. All in all 2 hours of my life wasted. All I can say is don't oh and still waiting for the ceaser salad. Read more
