Honestly the shades company I've ever worked for. Multiple owners. Terrible employers, as well as shady business practices. This... company fires employees on a dime for things like taking care of family and medical related issues. Not to mention that the foodquality has been poor for the past 3 months. That chicken your eating? Hope it's been changed out like the tuna. Lettuce isbrown even when freshly delivered. Cookies were precooked and backstocked for over a month. Ever wonder why they tasted stale?Yeah. Rough management as well. Can't figure out who to call boss and owner. Wouldn't eat here if it wasn't based on myconvenience as an employee. But since im not an employee, will not be returning. Quick edit. Also forgot to add that the waittime is generally 10 minutes with trained people. But good lu luck with that.(and theyre all new. In the span of 8 months theyfired their only people who'd been working the longest and had been helping out with training) So you get what you get. 15minute wait times on average. And don't expect your mobile to be ready on time. None of the employees have their food handlerscard, and to boot it off. They may or may not make your sandwiches ungloved or gloved. The franchise owner here is a horrible business owner. Very cheap, refuses to fix broken equipment. Came here for lunch today... and they aren't even open. What a joke. Read more

Oliva did an amazing job with what she had. Super sweet and friendly. Shame on the company for not scheduling help through lunch... rush and not giving enough/proper training. It's a nice warm sunny day and she was by herself. Watched two couples get tired ofwaiting and leave, it did discourage her but she smiled through and still made some damn amazing sandwiches. Hopefully hermanagers do a better job for her. Read more

I asked for a double chicken chopped salad and this is what I got. I have never had a salad at Subway be this tiny. They ALWAYS... put the ingredients into a larger bowl and chop and mix everything up before putting it into the clear container you see in thepictures. I asked the girl about the mixing bowl and she said that they don?t have that. Ok, fine. But how about putting someactual FOOD in my salad?! It was literally 3 bites! I made the comment as I paid ? sure is a tiny salad for almost 7 bucks!? Shesaid nothing. Not going back again! Read more

My elderly mother & mentally disabled sister went to the Rainier Subway, I asked them to get me a Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. I... told them the toppings I wanted, so when I got home all I had was 1 cup of toppings, absolutely no lettuce. Last I checked mainingredient of a salad is lettuce. When I called to bring to Manager's attention, there was no apology for the error, I wasgreeted with disinterest and an I don't care attitude. I really hope the owner sees this review, so they will know that not onlyare they employing employees that are not properly trained but also rude and disrespectful manager's. I didn't call for anyother reason than to bring it to the attention of a manager that an employee needed to be aware that Salad is Lettuce with otheringredients. After that kind of treatment I will not go back to this Subway and will advice the 100's of truck driver's I dealwith daily to not go to that Subway Read more
